If you're calling out some shitty "female" behavior and you are met with "but men do it too" why not just concede the point, agree, and also call out males for the same shitty behavior? That's what you would do if it truly "doesn't matter if men do it, too".

If you're trying to understand women "they're a lot like you" is a fairly relevant piece of information. Do you think so many young guys who get into this stuff would flip out so hard if it were presented like that?

Like, imagine:

"You know how there's some really hot, kinda crazy chicks you would totally bang, but not want to marry or anything? Women feel that way about some guys too."

"You know how, all things considered, you really don't want to date a girl who's not as attractive as you are, and whose life is kind of a mess? Well, women don't want to date guys like that either."

"You know how even if you love your gf, you might leave her if, say, she got really fat and quit her job to watch Jersey Shore all day and didn't even seem into you anymore? Well, a woman would leave her boyfriend under similar circumstances."

It doesn't matter to men if men do it too is what you're trying to say. But if women see men being hypocrites, then they reserve the right to judge them. So unless you believe that women are just biological robots who are only acting at all times upon their most primitive urges, as some Red Pillers seem to think, then it does matter if men do it too.

This is pretty much my stance on this topic. Everybody can do whatever they want, but nobody is immune to judgement and the reactions by other people. Do I care if a woman is a slut? No. I have no problem with banging around, I'm doing it too. But there is a point where I start to find it gross and it makes the woman less attractive to me. Can't help that. Can I still be cool with this girl? Of course, I won't hold her sexuality against her.

I think I understand your question but correct me if I misunderstood. In my experience, men and women do similar things but for different reasons. Motive is key. Men sleep with lots of women and women sleep with lots of men. But I have noticed that the women that sleep with lots of men are usually a bit unstable/needy/attention seeking, versus men that are a bit more stable. Obviously this is a generalization and based on my experience but it seems to garner agreement when I have discussed this with others. So it’s not necessarily that ACT of having multiple partners, it’s the instability of the “majority” of women that behave that way. At least that is how it was when I was a kid. I’m sure times have changed if you are younger and on the internet dating/hook up sites.

There isn't an equivalence between male and female behavior when it comes to dating. Men really don't care that much about their girlfriends appearance or social status except for not being very fat/really deformed.
