I used to have 3 plates, now down to 2, due to feelings getting in the way and her wanting an exclusive relationship. Anyway...

Yesterday I'm driving with Plate1 going to get something to eat. At one of the stoplights on the way Plate2 is waiting to cross. She sees me with another girl in the car and just stares...blank. I wave to her from the car and drive off.

Later she texts me a mini-novella about how we're over and she doesn't trust me. I don't reply until today, then I send a text along the lines

"It's not my responsibility to tell you where and with who I'm doing what. When I'm with you, I'm just with you, when I'm not, I'm not. Secondly, I told you in the beginning (2 months back) that we're not exclusive, I don't recollect the 'terms' changing. Either way, good luck and have fun :)"

Maybe a bit too strong, I thought, but I knew that I had to keep frame and I had nothing to apologize for.

She then texts me:

"It took you 16 hours to come up with that answer?! Oh yeah..I guess you were 'busy' last night. Anyway, can we meet later and talk like adults?"

We meet, we talk, I keep my frame, she's upset, angry and almost crying, but I don't back down. I straight up tell her that I don't want a relationship, I don't want marriage, I don't want kids, I'm not right for her and she should start looking for someone else. This flipped the switch in her and I was the one 'leaving her' all-of-a-sudden. Then RP theory confirmed: Females would rather share an alpha than stay with a beta.

She hesitantly says that we should keep seeing each other but that I need to be more careful and she doesn't ever want to see me with another woman.

Tonight I'm going to her place. Life's good, thank you RP.
