I hope this question gets taken seriously. We have a lot of focus here for men to increase their SMV (and rightfully so, I think this is great advice and sorely missing from the magic-pill game-is-everything PUA mindset).

But what kind of viewpoint should we have when our SMV is still not high enough to objectively match the female's SMV?

I know you might say I/he is lacking in confidence, but my frame here is that you can still be a confident man, and through raw intelligence know you are objectively lower SMV. It is literally possible.

e.g. 18 year old skinny, feminine, charming and sweet blonde (objectively a 9) vs 40 yo male, 5'7, has been working hard to improve his build (lifting), but not amazing yet, not incredibly rich (objectively a 7).

Is the red pill answer "lift more", "learn BJJ", "read more sir humphrey rollo-heartiste the 3rd until you have some dalai lama enlightenment moment", "work your way up your local pecking order by being the best insurance salesman you can possibly be! (modify to suit your current occupation)", etc?

Is it to have the dark triad narcissistic/psychotic trait of not intelligently realizing he is objectively lower SMV?

Is it to man up and be more confident? This is essentially a BP explanation. Let's assume he is already confident and would never ask these questions in the presence of the female he's interested in.

Is it to know he is lower in SMV, and not give a fuck? <- I'm guessing the answer is here, but would love some thoughts on how others deal with this. Right now at my stage in development, it is a major road block for me, I feel like I don't 'deserve' the female, because my SMV is objectively lower, and through TRP I can recognize and accept her instinct of wanting the Alpha Fucks (it's perfectly reasonable, better protector, better genes, etc).

Take your misfortunes and make them your strengths, be proud of who you are no matter what you are. Love yourself above all else. Take nothing seriously, nobody can hurt you if you are affected by nothing.

First you need time to think, take your time and evaluate your situation and the methods you will use to improve. Use your free time to focus on fitness, lift weight or bodyweight it doesn't matter which. Care about nobody or nothing but yourself. Just make sure you work out whenever you can, the endorphins will transform your pattern of thought from negative to positive. Your confidence will peak and this is when you start planning for your financial future.

I'm in my late 20's. Last year, my lowest point in life, I was working a sewage pipe clearing job using the clam bucket system making shit money with no hope for my future. I had to use public transport smelling like shit every day. I was a broken man, but after a while, I started getting angry, very angry. TRP helped me channel that anger.

I'm now working hotels, clubs and restaurants mixing drinks and run a business on the side. It isn't about making the cut into being an alpha. It is about making yourself into the best version of you that you can be. You are going to have certain limitations that you can't fix so you are going to have to compensate for them in other ways.

Do not settle for mediocrity in yourself. Push yourself to be better. If you don't have enough money then figure out how to do better. Get away from using "RP" / "Alpha" as interchangeable with "good" & "BP" / "Beta" as interchangeable with "bad", the echo chamber of tools without mettle is big enough as is. The anthropological (real) definition of "Alpha" is leader of men; positions within male groups are assigned based on merit in relation to a particular group's mission. What are you good at? Find a group that does it, join & you'll naturally gravitate to its higher echelons, ergo acquiring status.

If you don't like your options, improve yourself or change your environment. Why the fuck does everyone here want to be "Alpha" anyways? There's more to life, centering it around the other gender is best left to women. Any society comprised mostly of people trying to get ahead by "one-upping" others, which RP's rat race to Alpha is a reflection of, will cannibalize itself. You never go beta bucks...that by default is just giving up.

No money? You are still young...work hard on getting promotions or hell start your own business or switch careers. i.e. take Uber for example...most drivers clear $6-7K/mo just driving people around in NYC. A couple things I suggest doing. If you haven't been lifting, get into lifting. Second, try to move up in your career the best you can, explore new opportunities, take classes online. Third, network, make new friends for your social circle, make friends at work. There are a lot of advice online and subreddits to learn how to be more effective in those areas.

Now, if we are being realistic, you won't be getting a 10/10 girl. This doesn't mean you have to settle for a desperate 35 year old single mom either. Find a girl with a good personality that is like a 6/10, not obese, average looking, doesn't have kids. I know right now this sounds impossible to find but when you expand your social circle it will be much easier.

In my highschool, majority of the guys didn't graduate college, most of them weren't good looking. However, a lot of them have found cute wives and are living a happy life. It is possible dude, and you are going to have to go outside your comfort zone.

You definitely don't want to start feeling bad for yourself. That will poison all other aspects of your life and kill your frame and your motivation to improve yourself.

You need to improve what you are able to improve, cultivate value in your life, start spinning plates and constantly try to upgrade them whenever possible. become as good in bed as is possible.

your best bet is to go balls out in maximizing social proof. If your goal is fully to sleep with and potentially date objective 9's and 10's, you're going to need to 'trick' them into believing they are missing out on something. the best way to do this is to always be seen showing other girls (and male friends) a good time. When you finally get your shot at one of them you need to be all systems go, never show hesitation or doubt, and fuck them better than they have ever been fucked.

At that point the ball will be in your court to see if you can keep her around. she may later decide you are too short or too boring and want to upgrade to someone 'objectively' better than you (I.e. taller, wealthier). It will be up to you if you let this crush you, or if you bounce back.

This is all formulaic 'red pill' advice. My personal advice to you is that you should stop giving so much of a fuck about women. Unless you are planning on getting married and starting a family, I don't see what there is about women that has you so bent out of shape. I'm assuming you are just looking to fuck them. It is fun and confidence boosting to fuck the best looking girl around, but when you really step back and look at it, how much more fun is it to fuck a 10 than a 7. It may sound vaginal of me, but sometimes the best looking chicks aren't the most fun in bed. And even if you are looking to marry and have kids, you should be much more focused on finding a suitable partner and mother than just a hot piece of ass. When you stop caring so much about women and start focusing on just building a fun and rewarding life for yourself, taking the opportunities that come, fucking when you can and shaking it off when you can't, you'll notice that you aren't chasing so much as filtering out women as they come to you. this will give you the abundance mentality and remove your rejection aversion, and this will unconsciously make you much more attractive to women.

Alpha material is about attitude, not about how tall you are or about how much money you earn. I learned this at an early age.

For example, I used to reel in girls during high school, after my freshman year when I learned how to grow some balls. Smarter means getting crafty if your current situation is suck find something else you can do and make more money at you work for ~50K per year at a distribution center? Consider revising your definition of success so that you can be happier. I remember a month where they shut my power off. I do not see this as low points. It is life. Forward two years, I am good. 5 years, I will be better. While I was living poor and fucked up, u know what I did? Learned a language, earned black belt in martial art, and having ton of sex. There is no excuse for being fucked up

What the hell? Just be the best you can be. Sure, there are a million types of "alpha" stereotypes that you will never be able to realize. It's probably too late for you to be a pro boxer, a billionaire, or any number of things.

Yes, since alpha is defined as being on top of the sexual and social pyramid in a society, you may never be alpha in the sense that you are in that elite %. So what's left?

You can still get a high quality woman who is reasonably attractive, will raise good kids under your leadership, and will remain faithful (as long as you maintain your upwards trajectory in life). You can still make a lot of money and if you want, be the guy who's 40 and stunting in the club, snapping up young girls who get wet for a guy in a nice car. You can still reach a position of power within your industry - not saying it will happen, but it could if you really committed to it.

You cannot likely get full sexual abundance like a high SMV celebrity, but you can get sexual options, plates, ONSs, LTRs. You can still behave in anyway you want - you can behave as alpha as the top 1% males even if you are not in that category. You may not be Elon Musk or George Clooney or whoever your idea of an "alpha male" is, but you share 99% of their DNA. You can behave as high value as you want.

My view on this is that rather than focusing 100% on the AF/BB dichotomy, consider LTR game where you need alpha and beta qualities together. Lift as much as you can, try to progress in your career, but also learn how to be handy around the house and learn to cook (note: this will also help with your physique). If you can get yourself up to about a 7, have long term relationships with 6.5s. Sure, it may not be as fun as the alpha slaying pussy everywhere all the time, but it's leagues better than being a clueless beta bucks or an incel. LTRs have their own rewards as well.

I'm short too. I have always been alpha, although I didn't realize it for a while. I have always had principles, always stopped before being too beta. On the other hand, I wasn't comfortable acting in the way that is natural for me.

Once I became aware of this inner alpha and started acting accordingly, things went well for me. With women too.

There's nothing there you can't do. Therefore the premise of your question is faulty. It's not about muscles or height.

Nothing wrong with Eastern brides though. And giving the woman false comfort by appearing beta-bucks is sometimes useful, a good strategy. Alpha is using your head, and more action than talking. Brother, stop being so binary. There IS not "Alpha" or "Beta" or whatever or rather, EVERYBODY is a bit of each.

I've got a number of things going against me. I'm quite short, like on par with average females. I don't have a lot of money either and I'm in my late 20's. I'm compensating but sometimes there's only so much you can do.

Except for the height issue- which is probably the source of most of your issues- money and late 20's is pure hamster-logic. Search TRP for the many threads on this issue. There are ways to compensate.

This is true for other negative features as well but why are you worried about that? Work on your POSITIVE features and build yourself up.

I get that not everybody can be the apex Alpha but EVERYBODY can move up the chain. Your goal isn't to be King Solomon but to be better than you are now. If anything would be an improvement then you should be able to change things rather quickly. Will you get eye raped by scores of hot women every day? I would guess not. Will you have the life that you deserve? That I can almost promise.

You should not care about women when it comes to your own status, and long-term happiness.

Leave women out of your decision-making, and think about what you can do to improve your potential career opportunities. You have a great career ahead of you as you said, and depending on your age and lack of financial resources, I'm assuming you're in medicine.

Besides, "alpha" is only what is attractive to women. That's right. "alpha" is a term for pussy-whipped men that serve women's needs, and is something many red-pillers need to think about. Why exactly does the dominating man make her pussy so wet? Because he can intimidate/initiate violence against other men that threaten her safety and power. It's all hard-wired biology, and you may find 1 or 2 exceptions in a group of 500. True alphas are the men that sit on their ivory towers and influence the masses of blue-pill men and women below them. True alphas are invisible, and we don't actually know who they are, because true power is invisible (Sun Tzu).

But seriously, the only thing women are attracted to is the amount of resources a man can provide, and assuming your career is great (medicine), then you could definitely attract a large pool of women between the ages of 18 and 25. Your looks only add to this, and can be improved on with physical exercise.

However, I think you really need to question yourself:

"What does Alpha mean to me?"
"Why do I want to attract women?"
"Is there any legitimate value to sex, apart from pleasure?"
"How do I achieve long-term happiness?"
"How must I quell my innate male loneliness if women are not the answer?"
"Why do I invest so much time and energy into the act of sex?"

These will lead you down an infinitely deep rabbit hole, and eventually drift you towards the study of philosophy.
