You're going to hear a lot of "everywhere" which is true, but rather useless. Pickup is also highly venue dependent.

From experience:

•Downtown is where you'll meet the most women quickly. During the day around lunchtime, and between 4-6 pm is best as women are getting off work. •Inside busy malls. 'Nuff said. •Friday night at grocers. Any young woman buying groceries after work on a Friday night is single. Bonus if she's got a small basket and not a huge cart. •Find where the modeling agencies are and sit at a nearby coffeeshop. Great looking women will often stop in. •Airport hotel bars. Each airline usually puts up their stewardesses all at one hotel, so if you learn which you can meet exotic women from the country of your choice. They're often looking for company and will return to your city regularly. •Local outdoor festivals where lots of people congregate are great. These are often year round options, too. •Strip clubs if you know how to distinguish yourself from a regular "client" •Dance studios have excellent male-female ratios, plus you'll be learning to dance and women love a good dancer. Caveat: only hit on women who are newer there than you.

You can meet women anywhere they are ie. Convenience stores, grocery stores, sporting events, Malls, drug store etc. Mostly start with hi... or comment on something that they are looking at without being creepy. If she is interested you will know it's a numbers game and dont be afraid of hearing a no. In fact hearing a no isnt always a no to you just a no at that time and after a while once you get beyond the nervousness you will figure out meeting women was never the problem it was your nervousness that was the issue

Try some classes or clubs. Toastmasters, Painting Classes, Social Cooking, Book Clubs, Language Learning Classes. Fuck, even larger DnD/Board Game meetings if you're into the bookish type.

Could consider attending activist group meetings. Now's the time for it. Even could be for something you're not totally keen on. Expand your horizons and all that shit.

If you don't meet anyone, you've at least you've got an experience under your sleeve.

There are a lot of reasons not to use this. But i've had a lot of success at my cities gyms. Lots and lots of very attractive women, with an easy excuse for conversation (your/her workout)

Of course you have to actually work out, if you just go to gyms looking for pussy people will just think you're a douche. But if you go to work out, and chat up a cute girl on the side, you're golden. If you chat with everyone you also get lots of social proof by knowing the regulars, for when a new girl joins up.

A couple other obvious options are the beach, or park.

Well... I met a girl at the physio centre who is working on my arm. She’s so cute and smart, I can’t stop thinking about her. So tomorrow I (if I feel it’s the right time, since this will be the second time seeing her) ask if she is single and then if she says yes, see if she would be interested in hanging out. Now, she may so she isn’t interested in me... but that’s not the point. To answer your question, you can meet girls anywhere.

Go in the parks of your city, with beautiful days you will find a lot of girls just walking, or taking sun or reading. If you like reading, book club at your local book store is also a favorable place to meet women. The ratio of those who attend skews 9:1 female/male in my experience. Plus, being well-read and being able to intelligently articulate opinions are attractive traits that will permeate your conversations elsewhere!

I saw a video recently that said the most important thing is context, "If I see someone in public, I ask myself if it would strange for me to talk to them if I already knew them." By that logic you could talk to women potentially anywhere. if you saw someone eating alone at a restraunt and you knew them then you'd be fine going to talk to them, so why not someone you don't know?

Meetups, art class, cooking classes, yoga*, rock climbing, go out roller blading. Honestly, go to any type of one time calendar event/party and talk to as many people as possible. Classes work but be careful. Folks seeing you at the same place and flirting constantly will put their guard up if you’re disingenuous and not actually into the class.

Im stealing this response from a similar question but try taking up knitting and go to conventions /cruises filled with women then ask the attractive ones for help Another idea is get involved or work at one of those paint and wine events. Women and wine you cant go wrong. Drag along a female friend if uncomfortable in the beginning. That suggestion was actually mine.

Finally, find the neaarest ladies event convention. Companies gather at like an expo trying to get women to try and buy their products and giveaway freebies. NOONE especially women doesn't like a freebie. Women show up in droves, not to mention the vendors and its a laid back daytime club experience. I know this is a no brainer because I have been a vendor and a part of the droves and have met several men that way. The amount of estrogen in one place a guy should wear armor. Starting a conversation can start with just a simple "May I ask what you think?" Again. My tiny brain thought of that one

Honestly, a starbucks or other coffee chain where girls just hang out. Sometimes I get all cute and order a coffee and “do my homework” there, but scouting potential cuties is also a major priority there! Also it’s a chill atmosphere so the girl will probably be relaxed and you’ll have time to engage her in conversation without worrying about rushing.

Gym and grocery store. In gym it is easy to approach and ask them to spot you, ask about their training or if you can use the machine or something. You get familiar fast and then you can ask for contact information and maybe train together or something. In grocery store I might ask them something about what they have in their shopping basket.

It depends on your looks.... if you’re hot then you can pick up / meet women anywhere but if you’re average then tinder or bars/clubs/events/etc. if you’re ugly don’t bother most women don’t want you approaching them and don’t want to hurt your feelings in public so maybe you can be friends with a bunch of women and they can introduce you to a ugly girl that might give you a shot but other than that a ugly person can’t meet or pick up women like a regular guy.
