There are some good and bad elements of this question. It does show that you're evaluating the girl and making sure she matches what you're going for, potentially. However, I'd guess that this is actually coming from a place of scarcity - where you're afraid of losing out to the other guy(s).

You should have the mindset that any girl that chooses another guy over you is her loss. Also, that there's a reasonable possibility of finding someone just as good or better.

Lacking this mindset will cause you to lose the girl that you actually want.

Not sure how old you are, but women in their 20s and 30s experience a fairly significant female friend drop off as those in their female circles begin getting married and having children. The result is that single females end up with a growing circle of male friends purely by default as their female friends become less accessible. I’d be careful to assume it’s an attention thing. She’s entitled to have social circles with people she trusts and people who have time to actually contribute to supportive friendships.
