As you approach, act as if you already know her. This helps tremendously with confidence and eliciting playful energy. You subconsciously disarm your anxiety.

My go to is "Heyyy...how you been"

It confuses at first but your follow up is inquiring about how her week/day has been going.

A good rule of thumb to avoid looking like a creep too - maintain eye contact for about 3 seconds if she doesnt notice or acknowledge it in that time, look away. If you're looking at her longer than that hoping to catch a window she's much more likely to see it as staring when she notices - 3 seconds is an socially acceptable amount of time to glance at someone before it would seem weird.

When making actual eye contact it's generally best to mirror, and simply look away/back as she does

i had been there doing that too many times. and i have something to add. if you feel that you have a lot fear and issues with rejection, then ignore rule number 3. and expose your self to rejecion. that will train your brain a body, and then later on when you are on a date, if the girl do some sort of shit test, (like walking way aheadd of you, or attend a phone call and talk for more than 15 min) you will be able to react in a propper maner, and no to show signs of being hurt butt

I'm not a big fan of using the choosing signals. While it sounds good on paper to only approach when her eye contact gives you "permission," I think in reality all it does is massively limit the number of girls you get to approach. For instance, it almost entirely rules out shy girls... I really think making eye contact is more of a sign of confidence than it is of attraction. I prefer to just approach girls unless she gives me a clear reason not to (she's wearing headphones, she's in a rush, etc...). I feel like if I did you method, I'd be waiting weeks between getting to make approaches.

What’s the difference between a “look down” and a “quickly look away or whatever?”

One you describe as good and the other bad. Though, a look down could easily be misconstrued as a quickly look away, you know?

I think this is mostly accurate advice, though. I get what you mean by “look down.” You can tell if a woman is into you, even if she looks away, because of the rest of her body language. I guess I just wanted you to elaborate on that.

This strategy greatly limits the number of girls you’re able to meet. If nobody looks over, then you do zero approaches and just stand there all night. Not the best strategy if girls aren’t checking you out that night.

Step 1 and 2 is where ppl F up, if you do this with any hint of doubt, any micro body stutters, incongruent/forced body language, flinches, second guesses upon having already started the execution, the girl will smell it and you will be at a great detriment at the starting line, therefore, make sure to only have forward momentum, once you decide to do something, push full steam ahead in ONE SINGULAR motion, for example, you began to walk towards her, don’t suddenly slow down mid walk because you have doubt, do not DARE stutter with your body, change of direction or dot your eyes( I’m not saying you stare at the girl while you’re going up to her ) but the dotting of the eyes is a physically reaction when one is doing calculations in his head mid walk instead of being immersed in the moment and girls have a sixth sense when it comes to this. This is called a warm approach. A cold approach is when you open a girl without a prior IOI. Warm approaches do obviously have a much higher chance of success, but its important to cold approach girls too.
