In the dating world, you’ve probably been conditioned to think that women are like gold. They’re highly valuable and can’t possibly be anything but pure. It’s probably been indoctrinated in your brain over the years that the absolute worst thing you can do is be single or fail to have a women in your life at all times.

While these aren’t ideal outcomes, you shouldn’t let your pursuit of love and desire for an intimate relationship fool you into thinking women are perfect. They’re imperfect, just like us, and regularly lie and deceive to get their way.

This isn’t meant to be a hit post on women, but it is designed to enlighten you on the fact that women can be just as dishonest in the dating world as people are in life in general. You’re doing yourself a disservice by regurgitating the tired idea that they should be “straight forward with you” or anything along those lines. They don’t owe you jack.

Women tell white lies and blatant lies. They’ll lie about never receiving text or message in order avoid admitting they ignored it and they’ll fib about how busy they’ve been “with work and stuff” hoping you’ll “get the hint to go away” or that she’s not interested. Women will even lie about how they’re “just bad at communicating ‘lol’ you can ask anyone” If you’re in dating long enough, you’ll see it all.

So here we go:

  1. Be aware that’s it’s going to happen and there isn’t a damn thing you can do about it. If she’s lying to you she’s lying to other people so don’t feel bad.

  2. Learn to take a hint as women are subtle with these things. Also they’re human and so may be afraid to say no because they don’t want to hurt your feelings or fear you’ll retaliate and hurt them.

  3. Be willing to let her go. It’s that simple. Here’s another way of looking at it, would you want to start any relationship of any kind with a lie? You wouldn’t work for a company that lied about your pay or buy from a company that lied about its products.

  4. Filter them out. As daunting of a task it may seem, know the flags, learn the lies and avoid women who tell them.

  5. Be the behavior you want to see. We attract not what we want but what we secretly are. Stop lying, ghosting, avoiding responsibility, avoiding people and just tell the truth. You can’t get if you don’t give.
