My 2 cent here is to not limit yourself to low quality women. You see, the limit is only in your mind and you only get what you think you deserve. For many years i used to date 7s because i felt i couldn’t get better. Had a loser mentality. One day i snapped and said fuck that i deserve the hottest women on earth. From that day i only dated 9+. How? Just by mass approaching 9+ rather than wasting my time with low quality women. Yes you must hit the gym religiously and work on your style. I think the game is a grossly overrated concept. Yes you must have a minimum of conversation and be cool, but the 2 things that are really going to get you women are physical appearance and status. So my advice is to stop wasting your time with “game”, and spend it building an exciting career, make money, move into a alpha city, find socially attractive hobbies you can leverage to increase your SMV, and build yourself a flawless Chad body. Location is also of the highest importance if you want to increase you chances. If you live in the us there is no such place like manhattan for meeting great women.

Cold approach is frustrating and i admire your patience after 500 approaches. 15 lays on 500 is a 3% success rate but i’m sure if you pursue what i explained above you can raise that number much higher.

Hey man, I know how you feel to some level. I used to be very monotone and rigid and worried about the wrong things when getting girls. That does fit the legal definition of rape. It's very common for states to have some sort of law on the books to the effect that sexual consent is not admissible or cannot be given while intoxicated.

It's rough out there trying to figure all this shit out, but you have to be careful as you do so. The onus is often on men to be the initiators but not a lot of cultural support for them to develop the social skills necessary to be effective initiators.

One goal in all this HAS to be to try to improve things like our empathy, without sacrificing our improvement of confidence.
