I am planning on doing cold approaching for the first time in a couple weeks.

I recently moved into my own place out of my mom's basement to a spot that happens to be like 15 minutes from some college towns. My mom needs me to dogsit for a week next month and the semester is starting back up so the plan is to take her to some parks near the universities that week and use her to help me try and pick up college chicks. I'm 24 so I wanna try this while I feel like I'm still young enough to get away with that bullshit. I've never done cold approach so I get a bit nervous thinking about it sometimes but I think it definitely could work there

Don’t even have to be just for college, it’s a great tool to have anywhere.

EXAMPPLE!!! I didn’t go on a date with this chick but this where I realized the power of daygame.

On a plane with my kids my mom my sister and her husband, after my kids were distracted on their tablets. I spot a chick sitting diagonal and behind me, stripper body, leopard print shirt matching her shoes showing her belly with tattoos. I look at her shoes, tell her cute shoes, where did she get them from, I said something goofy about them she smiled, I knew I had her.

We talked about where we were from, what we did for a living, flirting a little. I started playing with her tattoos on her stomach. I was trying to figure how to get her over next to me but we were both with our kids. I told her let’s share a bottle of wine later once we got off the plane, she agreed, exchanged numbers, we texted but ultimately never went out.

Although it didn’t result in a date it was still an experience that I wouldn’t have had, had I not been comfortable cold approaching

Big ass asterisk. You can get pretty women broke and fat from cold approach, I have and still kind of am. But the real results come when you, get in great shape and looksmax. I am fat now, but within range of getting decent muscularity soon (I have a lot of muscle under my fat). But when I got the most results was when I was muscular with less bodyfat and dressing well.

Another note. Shotgun approaching, meaning approaching every woman that you would fuck, which for most men is a vast amount of women, is a great strategy to get you comfortable and in love with cold approaching.

But once you’ve realized that cold is easy, slow down on it and do sniper approach only the cutest girls.

Remember do these things while doing a heavy amount of self improvement

Another trick would be, approach in unsual places, the supermarket is one of them, lol I once, I had a streak to start asking mom's about certain skin products and they're always willing to help most of the time their daughter(adult daughter ofcourse) is with them, I start to banter with their moms,making them laugh and I weird the crap out of their daughter, once in a while they ask me about my job and then they introduce me to their daughter, the daughter is flatlined embarassed,BUT, for some reason which is what I wanted to get into, they feel comfortable faster once they acknowledge the mutual feeling, and something about their mom liking you that makes them feel comfortable.

"So, Where do you know my mom?" and I went like "pfft, we hooked up..." stare at her eyes without flinching,she starts to freak out, then I tell her I'm kidding and really don't know jack shit about skincare products, then she laughs out bursts and that's it, we trade numbers.

The issue is however I wonder how well this works when you're older and not in college. Society has women programmed with the permission to allow themselves to be seduced only by guys younger than a certain age. This is why you often notice that the dweebiest 18-22 year old guy has an easier time scoring with women than even very handsome guys in their 30s. A 20 year old college girl is much more open to being approached by a 20 year old guy than a 30 year old woman is to being approached by a 30 year old guy. And contrary to popular myth, younger woman are NOT any less open to being hit on by an older man than the women his age. The truth is, their aversion to it is caused not by the age difference but by a socially programmed aversion to guys past a certain age which exists regardless of their own age. When they're young they just rationalize it as being creepy because of the age difference so they're more vocal about it. However, the 30 year old woman is just as averse to the 30 year old guy hitting on her as the 20 year old girl is. Yep. Most of cold approaching fails because guys push too hard and make things awkward. I also found its far easier to meet new people (their BFs, friends) like that - it's less "weird" to hit on a girl, than "hit" on a guy from out of nowhere.

From what you're writing, it seems like you're approaching girls while being totally indirect. As a result, sure, you'll have an easier time getting numbers, but you'll also often fall into the dreaded friendzone, since nothing you say to them reveals any kind of attraction on your part. You'll have to show your cards at some point, and better do it sooner than later.

Now, if you think this is easy and you really want to test your mettle, try going direct on the streets. Go up to some attractive girl, say something like "I thought you looked really nice and I wanted to say hello", see what happens.
