After some discussion, AnnArchist, Qanan and I agreed that we needed more mods than just one more to keep up with the rise in traffic. It isn't just subscribers, but there is disproportionate rise in the amount of mod traffic. We feel that the subscribers should reasonably expect a better turnaround time than they had in the past.

After deliberation, and the intention of representing as many views in r/MR as possible, we have selected Celda and Eeph to be mods.

Correspondingly, there may be some changes in the mod policy over the next while - it would be unfair for new mods not to be given a voice in how the mod policy is formed.
