This post is inspired by a comment I saw where she mentioned hiring a PI to investigate potential suitors. I figured I would create a post to pool any and all resources for performing background checks on men.

So far I have only searched them up on social media and google just to make sure their names and profiles check out and there isn’t a criminal background.

However, I met a man from Bumble who gave me a fake name and it turned out he was cheating on his girlfriend. I had some other information about him like his car make/model, license plate # (the idiot posted pics of his car on his OLD profile) his phone number, etc so I’m wondering how I could’ve used that info to perform a more thorough background check on him and prevented me finding out the hard way (he blocked me, so I called private and the name on his voicemail greeting was different from the name on his bumble account. I found an old Facebook account of his with his real name but hit a wall after that).

Any resources and tips you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
