Okay. If you're reading this, it's likely because you at least partially understand and agree with RPW ideas, so I won't go too far into the basics. But here's why N-Count matters for women. Yes, it's stuff already covered in the sidebar, but fresh threads to discuss this stuff are helpful, and everybody has a slightly different view.
1 - Every partner makes you harder to please sexually. Once you've ridden the carousel and had many men, you have a plethora of past experiences to measure any current/future partner against. Steve lasted longer. Bruce was bigger. Rick was amazingly talented at oral. Kevin could make out for hours. And so on. What does your current partner excel at? Nothing, compared to that. So instead you long for the past - and that puts you one foot out the door instead of committing to your present partner. (Alpha widow, anyone?)
Also, do you know a major reason why men don't wife up perceived 'sluts'? Because they've been there and done that, and the men can't compete with the smorgasbord of sexual experiences those women have had so they don't even try. (Also, see reasons 3 and 4) A man will have sex with a slut because she's skilled, or because she's easy and he's horny, not because he's looking for a wife.
2 - Shared Wonder. Do you have any fond memories of first times? A first french kiss, quick and coy behind the bleachers? Being naughty in your room with a boy while your parents slept in the other room? Or simply bathing with a partner for the first time, slow and luxurious and wondering as you explore each others' soapy, wet bodies for the first time?
There are a million 'first times' for interacting with partners in life, in different activities. So the more you do with throwaway partners, the more you're not going to share with whomever you choose as a 'keeper'. Remember: men want to lead. So if you've already done everything sexually, or are even more sexually experienced than he is, it's hard for him to lead in the bedroom. It can be emasculating.
3 - Sexual fitness. Okay, maybe you're the 1 in 1000 woman who knows what kegels are, says she'll do them, and then actually does them. Congratulations. But for everybody else who isn't lying to herself, hear this: your sexual organs are like any other biomechanical device. They wear out. They get loose. They can get damaged. And if you have a lot of partners, or even just one vigorous one, and don't do your kegels to counter it, you're going to get looser. It's kind of like slow-motion damage from having a kid. This means you may feel less pleasurable to him during sex. And men do value sexual pleasure from their partners.
4 - STDs. It's 2022, you all know this. But STDs are still around, and while some are curable, some are not. Every new partner is a new potential spread. And some spread orally (gonorrhea), or through skin-to-skin on areas not protected by condoms (herpes), and it may not be apparent to you, or to the man, that he is infected. But congratulations, you now have the gift that keeps on giving. And then you're faced with either disclosing this to future partners, or lying and saying nothing and being that woman.
And yes, I know the Clap is curable for now. But multiple-resistant strains are a thing, and these are only two things out there. You know what's up; you should know about HIV, syphilis, etc. Point 4 stands.
I could continue, but these are the primary reasons why a high N-count for women is bad. And especially for reason number 2, which I just don't see enough people appreciate. Having wonderful experiences instead of charging ahead and thinking quantity makes up for quality, is a thing.

Sorry, but it's blindingly obvious that was written by a man who's never experienced female sexuality first hand.
1 - it doesn't work this way. A woman doesn't need experience to tell if a sexual encounter is great or not. I've never once found myself comparing a partner to someone in my history, sex is either amazing or it's not. There's no ranking and comparing that goes on in a woman's head.
2 - again, if your first time was shit, it was shit. The fact that it was first doesn't lead to any rosy attachment. My first time was meh with a boyfriend who was pretty meh. It's been getting better and better since then.
3 - proven false. Even if there was truth to it, having sex 1000 times with your husband and keeping and n count of 1 would be no different to a thousand one night stands.

1 - fair enough. I've seen very different. In my circles, women will gossip/overshare/brag/complain about men they're luke warm about. I can tell when one of my friends is actually in love with a man because there is a respectful silence that falls around her relationship, especially their sex life. Every time I've been truly, madly in love, everything else pales and even if another man was technically bigger/better/whatever there's just no comparison going on. Those other men just don't exist to me and my friends have expressed the same sentiment.
2 - agree, but it doesn't change my point. If your first time was great and with a man you were crazy about, it can alpha widow you. I think that's a product of your connection to the man and the quality of the sex rather than it being your first. In cases where women do become overly attached to the first for the reason that he's her first, I think it has far more to do with her having ingrained feelings about purity/virginity/shame and feeling that something's been lost. A hangover from religious ideology, even if she's not religious herself.

1 - again, not my experience but appreciate that different circles might be different. We're all mid-30s, mostly married, mostly with a promiscuous period in our pasts. The sex talk happened around casual relationships or men they'd just started seeing. Once that relationship became serious and the girl had truly fallen for him, the talk about him dried up. My happily married friends would never discuss the ins and outs of their sex lives, despite having a lot of experience.
2 -
Also not my experience. Inexperienced me was perfectly aware when sex or a man was mediocre. In my 20-odd years of dating that's been pretty standard.

My man and I both have high n counts (by RPWs standards, anyway) and in both our cases it was a product of having an adventurous and pleasure-seeking personality type with almost no neuroticism. It's this same compatibility that has us bonded so hard and keeps us so sexually active with each other. Neither of us have strayed or felt any urge to.
We'd both make terrible partners to someone remotely trad or restrictive, but we're perfect for each other.

So clearly written by a man and of the stuff that isn’t patent nonsense, none of it is novel or insightful. Shoo, fly.
