TW: s*xual abuse/assault

Imagine a situation: a man is far too intoxicated to be able to give valid consent for intercourse. Perhaps not fully conscious even.

If a woman still has intercourse with this man, it's obviously assault. It would be seen as such if it happened the other way around.

This puts the victim in a terrible situation, because it's hard or impossible to prove lack of consent on his part. A child may be conceived through such act, and with the current jurisdiction in most countries or probably all of them, the man will be forced to support the family of his abuser, which he never intended to have.

Men, do you plan ahead when going out with your female friends, colleagues, or just partying, to avoid this? Do you keep an eye out on your intoxicated friends? How do you protect yourselves against this? How (if) do you practice caution when you're drinking with women?
