Wait until she finds out that consent forms don't work because women can change their consent mid-action or even after it, not tell the guy and later claim they were raped, forced to sign the form or other BS.

Some time ago, I saw some post about people constantly asking for legal advice about what form can a man get a woman to sign to be safe from these claims and the answer is always... there is no protection for man. There is nothing a man can do to be sure he won't face charges. He is always relying on the will of the woman. If she wants to accuse you, she can. You can only hope for reasonable judge when she does it.

Of course this sounds a bit paranoid, in 99% cases there will be sex and end of story. But the problem is not about how many WILL do this, the problem is that women CAN do this.

I agree with the spirit of this, but sadly even a written contract would not be enough because the woman could claim she changed her mind after signing.

In theory, the only sure-fire way to protect yourself would be to video record the entire sex, proving that the woman consented throughout.

Needs to be a comedy sketch where a man and woman are making a home video consenting to each other and then signing papers and initialing boxes for positions/toys/etc like some menu. Then then they turn camera to show another person in the room, its the notary lady and then maybe they have some lawyer and their making some oath on the bible “i solemnly swear I’m not under duress” and then both sets of parents come in and are signing forms as well and the room is a zoo full of people working/talking now and butting into the camera with their piece. Eventually it devolves as one person advises how they can craft the narrative tomarrow and then the other side devolves in response and back and forth until the lovers are embarrassed and wanting to escape while half the crowd around them is already convinced of rape even though they haven’t slept yet.

According to my health teacher you have to give consent every 5 minutes, and once you give consent you can take it away. So even if you had sex with consent the girl could say she didn’t want it after 🤦‍♂️

Not sure what the law states in the US but at least in England/Wales you cannot retroactively withdraw consent to sexual intercourse. This is bad law. This statement is misleading and flat out false.

It may be better to point out that consent between two parties is testimony based and a weak form of evidence. However the actual standard of evidence required to convict someone of rape is much higher than mere claims of no consent.

This text is not helpful to women by claiming they 'victimise themselves' and cry rape, and it's not helpful to men by peddling false law.

For all the times we hear and see woman claim they were raped, do you guys ever hear anything from your friends or guys you know that indicate they raped someone? I don’t. Maybe this wasn’t worded as well as it could have I’ll admit that because yes obviously aren’t going to be upfront about something like that. But I think y’all would understand what I mean.
