The fact that he was convicted by hearsay from two other family members is disturbing. There was no physical evidence and the little girl at the time never said it was him. After he sues the state he needs to sue those two people for defamation.

This happened to a man I know, except NO ONE was saying he did it. He was arrested because his toddler daughter said it hurt when he bathed her. What she meant, but wasn't able to explain until she was a little older, was that she had already been molested by a stranger - the bath irritated her injuries. His wife and family and friends all insisted he wasn't capable of such a horrible thing. He was released after 20 years.

Very strange and very chilling.

So she was raped by someone else and it seems, no one cares who that person is.

That it takes 100 letters from the victim to free the person not even accused by her is evidence of just what a complete farking insane world this is, with completely farking insane governments, completely farking insane so-called justice system and completely farking insane people running them and walking the streets.

Just a nother fine example of why I have given up on the human race. Just to get one simple obvious point across en masse takes a superhuman herculean effort....and frankly, though I may not agree with authoritarian regimes on their policies, I certainly understand why they resort to brutality and murder.....this crap right here. Does not matter what it is....people don't think and they don't listen. Evil runs amok and people shrug. And if I seem hateful and resentful sometimes, this is why and I have endless other examples.

My BIL is in prison for false accusations. Their was evidence to prove she lied during court. The judge would not allow such evidence in the court. The court systems are set up not to let the falsely convicted out. Neighbor across the street had the same thing happen. This problem is rampant across the world.

I’m going through something similar. I can’t sleep. I’m still homeless after a year( i do have a job but legal fees have buried me in an immense amount of debt that i don’t even know i can get out at all).

The prosecutor don’t need evidence to convict you whatsoever, all they need is a vindictive person to fuck you over. The police and prosecutor have an unlimited amount of resources. All they want is to increase their winning ratio. Every defense attorney knows this.

Also, i haven’t seen my two babies in over a year but am paying 1000 dollars in child support. Yeah! only my children when the bill is due. I don’t think those babies will even remember me at this point.

It's hard to fathom how someone can be convicted of a crime with zero evidence and then pleas for someone to look over the case from both the victim and the "perpetrator" can be ignored for over 20 years. That's criminal (no pun intended).

This man’s life is ruined, and they will, at best, need to down a fucking payment.

Jonathan Majors comes to mind. The blk guy from creed 3 and the new antman movie. He is being accused of beating his ex gf. She thought he was texting another woman, so she tried to take his phone and he wouldn't let her and he got out the car and left her. This all happened in a cab or uber. Even though they have the driver as witness evidence and video of her minutes after the would be "beating", hanging out with friends and at multiple different clubs. Not a scratch on from the multiple videos. She said Jonathan broke her hand? They have video her using two cell phones at once less than an hour after the fight. They have use at the club dancing with drinks in said broken hand.They have her opening doors with said broken hand. After a night out on the town she drunkenly BROKE INTO HIS HOUSE, called his phone 37 times and then passed out drunk in his house. He arrives the next morning and calls the cops on her. The cops convinced her that he assaulted her. Mind you he called the cops on her for breaking into his house. And somehow, they accused him of assaulting her and made her out to be the victim. Mind you she broke into this man's FUCKING HOUSE. They even got a written statement from her shortly after saying he didn't hit her. Still going to trial. They got the cab driver as an eye witness saying he didn't hit her. Still going to trial. They got footage of her at clubs after the non-existent fight. Still going to trial. They got footage of her breaking into his house. Still going to trial. They got proof that he called the cops on her. Still going to trial. Sounds like he did everything right and she did everything wrong and he is still losing endorsements and millions of dollars because of her lies. And no one gives a fuck cause if a female said he did it, he did it. Even if she admits she lied about it later on. He still did it.
