At least he got a prenup. $250k a month is worst case scenario. If he didn’t have prenup- she would have cleaned his clock. Funny- I bet she was more than happy to sign prenup at the time- get 1 million payment in beginning and 1 million upon leaving plus 50k or so in child support a month. Her problem is she got used to spending 200k a month on herself so she would be destitute in a few years based on her spending habits lol.

Even if costner wins, she’ll probably spend it all in 5 years and come back to the table saying give me more or I have to live in a ramshackle apartment for 3k a month lol

TBH, I think I'm on the side of Christine. She basically gave her up entire youth for Kevin, over 20 years, with a man worth almost 300 millions. I think even if she walks away with 30 million dollar, it would still be fair. But the current child support she gets, she basically only get 5 millions in total. I honestly don't understand how she would sign that prenup, she must have really loved him. There's ZERO spousal support.
