First step is to recognise that there is a major problem. You seem to have done that. The next is to recognise that you are being sucked into a cult, using age old tactics. They break down your self confidence and support networks, then tell you the old way out is deeper in.

First steps, cut all contact, both direct and indirect. It's a gravity well, the closer you are the more it pulls, and so the harder it is to fight. No reading websites, no messaging people involved.

The next is to accept that the way back out is emotionally terrifying. I'm talking walking down a high street naked, while everyone points and laughs terrifying. It's a paper tiger, but that likely won't help you deal with it, till your out.

As for getting out, you need to reach out. The friends and family that the black pill cult taught you that they hated you, well they don't. They might hate what you did, and are pussed off with you, but many will help. You have to make the first move however. Your main goal is to re-establish a real world social group and normalise your interactions with people. It will be tempting to do this online, but don't, you're too likely to be drawn into other online cults. This can also be extended by using sites like meetup.com. Find local people and hobbies to fill the emotional hole in a healthy manner.

Alongside this, take an honest look at yourself, and your personality. Don't do it in recriminations, do it like a workman with a job. Your goal is to identify where you need to improve, and get it done. Overweight, get down the gym, or at least get running etc. Bad skin, start a skincare routine. Boring, find hobbies to share and talk about. Obsessive, find positive people to share, talk to, and learn from.

Doing this will take you massively outside your comfort zone. Your programming will tell you that you can't do it. Ignore it, you can and you must. Now go out on to that high street, strip off and strut like you own the world!*

It's hard to escape once your in it, because it keeps validating itself. Everything they say seems to be correct and prove itself again and again. It's the same as any extremist ideology, based on confirmation bias.

The best way to escape it is first of all to never, ever consume any black pill media again (incels boards, youtubers, etc.) and be conscious of how you judge things you see. Every time some of those ideological thoughts come up, question it. Think you're too ugly to find someone? 1) Work on how you look so you at least know you're looking the best you can. Even if you think it won't be enough, it still ups your confidence 2) Realise there's a ton of ugly dudes out there who are not incels. You think that's not true and you can't find them, but that's your confirmation bias again.

“Negative energy is very sticky”, a quote from Andrew Tate (he is very controversial, but the more I watch him now the more I realise that his original, outrage-inducing statements were most likely exaggerated, heavily, or even faked, but he does have some gems).

By finding a hobby that I love and one that is social, I’ve managed to find people who are more exciting and have a better vibe about them, as opposed to my current ‘group’, who instead of being somewhat bro-supportive, decided to primarily joke about me working out (you could argue it’s ‘banter’, but after a while it just becomes more evident what it is - pure fucking jealousy and laziness), whereas some of my closer mates are there, and we hype each other up, we talk about self improvement, etc, and now that I’ve become less dependent on that group for my social side of things, I realise how low some of them were for acting this way and portraying it as normal - zero fucking encouragement, zero fucking drive, just self absorbed and trying to stir as much drama as possible.

About women, I’m still a virgin, but I don’t give a shit at least not on the confidence level - of course I want a hottie that is attracted to me, or maybe a few as FWBs, but now I’m at the point where I am confident in who I am without a woman, so she can only be an addition to an already, much improved life of mine.

Once again, you attract what you are/think - if you think all women are shitty people and bitches (there are a few, but that’s not the point), then you will only realise those ones that are shitty, and ignore the perfectly normal ones.

Good luck and you will get out of it and enjoy your life.
