Go to an event. Live music, comedy show, something that you’d do regardless. Tell her she should join you and if she’s interested she will without the pressure of it being awkward. Once you’ve crossed that line and you spend time together out of the office you’ll have a better idea if it’s worth pursuing. (My two cents) This usually works pretty well for me.

It's obviously your life and choice to make, but I would personally never get involved with anyone at work regardless of what floor they're on etc. Securing your finances is more important than any potential flings that may come your way at work. There's just too much potential for things to go wrong. It's especially not worth it when you consider the fact that there's a great big world out there filled with women you don't have to worry about your job over.
