The problem men face in doing this is a lack of same-group mentality. Men don’t cooperate within their sex as much as women do. It’s why men struggle at all with dating, because we suck at sharing knowledge, because we suck at acknowledging each others’ humanity, as men.

Maybe this stems back to our millennia of men fighting men and men killing men in wars.

The universal SEXUAL STRATEGY for males is to approach, continually, as many females as he can until he finally succeeds with one. Unless you are a very attractive male, you will never be approached, nor will you succeed with many of the females you eagerly talk to, hence the statistical 'getting lucky' element of the whole mating game.

On the other hand, a female's sexual strategy is to test each candidate, and then select an optimal partner from the pool of men who approach her. Now, if she had a psychological break, and deviated from her natural strategy, that is, if she decided not to be incredibly selective, she would just be taking as much cock as the day is long. There is a tremendous pressure being exerted on each and every female at all times. She merely needs to open up the floodgates for one moment and a tsunami of men will come pouring in.

Due to the advent and mass proliferation of internet-enabled technology, it has gotten exponentially easier for both men and women to implement their respective strategies: men can now 'approach' far more females than ever in history; females have more men to choose from--therefore females can, and in fact, must be much more selective.

However, the utility of each strategy, has not proportionally benefited the members of both genders on an individual level.

The typical female literally has to do nothing new. Rather, she just carries on living normally, and reaps all the rewards of a tremendous spike in demand.

Whereas males witness a massive increase in competition between themselves. Instead of every female having 50 guys to choose between, they now have 500 (way more in practice). This means, if we actually want to be selected, we HAVE to approach a fuck-ton more girls than we were before. That requires a lot more effort in and of itself, but the new difficulties don't stop there. We must also constantly think of ways to positively distinguish ourselves from the masses of men; we have to tailor our style and physique to that which we see women most admiring. We have to keep girls laughing, impressed, etc or they seem to immediately lose interest. Our entire game, as subChad males, has to be on lock, or it's over for us.

Young women are very much like a corporation that is seeking high-quality employees, but has many times more applicants than available positions. This analogy actually holds pretty well too, because in the world of dating or even casual sex, only a certain amount of 'work' needs to be done at any one time, and pretty much anyone who is out of work, and then gets offered the job they applied for, will consider themselves 'lucky' and take the offer on the spot. In essence, there will always be a significant portion of the female population who is not dating or who goes at least some period of time without sex, but as soon as she makes herself available, there will be tons of 'unemployed' males, vying for the opportunity. This implicitly creates a theoretical threshold of attractiveness/desirable traits within the male population that females never need to stoop below, while still remaining fully satisfied (just like most large corporations vs the chronically unemployed). Where that threshold lies is debatable, but if females are choosing the best of their available options, then certainly some men at the bottom will be left out. Remember, you are never going to nearly have the entire population involved in a (loyal) monogamous relationship, unless literally everyone, all at the same time, chose to commit to a serious relationship. This means that there will always be enough men of some specific, average desirability-level available for women to date. Thus, women can just hold back, and wait for "the good men" to cycle in and out of relationships.

It's funny to run into this.

I used to have massive success on Tinder like 3-5 years ago. (I didn't even have Instagram at this time, and my photos weren't that good). I've done everything you imagine on Tinder, same day sex, girls coming straight to my place, me going straight to their place, long term relationships, threesomes, you name it.

Now I'm kinda "famous" (just kinda...) for having a 500k youtube channel here in Brazil, I became a model, all my photos are professionally taken and I have a Instagram bigger than most hot girls (6.5k personal acc and 30k professional acc). I receive A LOT of validation like 60+ comments on my personal photos and still have way way WAY worst results than I used to back when I started.

I've never been the guy who gives validation at all (I don't even know how to properly do that, probably my weakest point in seduction. I've been always better at negs or breaking rapport than building it). But now I realize even girls who came and talk to me after my stories or comment on my photos and say how handsome I am etc. tend to be really spoiled and lazy when it comes to meeting up and even end up flaking a lot of the times. Is this how validated they are feeling? It's bizarre.

My Tinder account is better than ever and I only match with a hot girl once in a while even using boosts... While I match with a loooot of ugly girls, but even them seem to be really confident and willing to risk it all.

Is that kind of a new phenomenon? I'm pretty sure it wasn't like this back then

Love the initiative you set up here. Definitely think it's something we should all look to set into practice more often.

One thing that I've taken away from your video (along with many other posts in this subreddit) is that we shouldn't sell ourselves short.

A girl sending you one word replies? Not expressing the same level of interest? Making you feel inadequate? Move the fuck on. I get that you're attracted, but don't bend over backwards just to get their attention. Not worth it.

I'm gonna disagree on the "if you feel like someone's attractive, don't drop in her DMs" part. I feel like there's a fine line that can be drawn here: if you feel like someone's attractive and you wanna get to know them better, it wouldn't hurt to do so. But don't give them the validation right off the bat. It's shallow, and honestly, indicates to them that you're interested in them purely because of their looks. Don't. Unless you're in it just for the sex, then you do you.

Hell ... there is a lot of over-elaborate over-thinking on this thread.

If you really get off on this kind of debate go to it ... but if you just want to be better with women then skip all this. You'll get better advice from reading all the "There's this girl ... what do I do" threads, watching some infields on youtube and getting a few of the "Books on Pickup" recommendations. Probably there are some great coaches and bootcamps that emphasize practicality over theory too.

I think this is starting to self correct. Just a feeling and. I have no evidence for it nor have looked for it outside my own experience but I feel guys are figuring this out collectively and adjusting as such. Right now I feel we are at a standoff where guys are not willing to compromise in their standards as much and girls are not willing to compromise either. Thus people are having less and less sex ; which is good for the world because overpopulation. The more guys respect themselves and understand that they don’t need to sleep with a girl to feel good the more this problem will solve itself. Man to man connectivity and connectivity to society as a whole will also help resolve this.
