I started getting into seduction a month ago. I read a lot of useful information here, and also the Models book. It's time for some practice.

What I really want to do is cold approach women in daytime, such as in the street. The problem is that I just... don't. I hesitate and the moment is lost. I'm not sure if this can be considered approach anxiety, as I don't really feel anxious, I just make up unlogical reasons to not approach and then I get angry at myself about it, and I think this vicious circle is really not good and will hurt my self esteem in the long run!

Did any of you run into the same problem? How did you overcome it? Do you have any suggestions, tips or motivational speech? If you can share your experiences, maybe it will help me overcome it.

One last thing: so far I only considered approaching women that I really liked physically, but they are somewhat rare to find. Do you think it would be wise to also try with women I wouldn't see myself dating, just to practice approaching?

EDIT: wow, lots of replies. Thanks everyone! I'm gonna try to apply your advice during the weekend, and I will post an update!
