It sounds to me like this guy isn't really a friend. Wingmen or even regular buds will ALWAYS try and make you look better even if you're not. I've gone on pickup sprees with my bros and every interaction is always them hyping what I do and vice versa.

Ok in the first situation, you should of walked up to the group, slapped your hand on his shoulder and loudly announced "nah bro its because of my tiny dick!".

To break it down, slapping your hand on his shoulder is a dominant gesture (obviously the rest of your body language has to follow) immediately amoging him and diminishing his rating with the girls as you are now coming off as the dominant one in this moment, and then when you say that comment it shows you dont give a shit, makes his comment seem like a joke and immediately gets you into the conversation and resonating with the girls as they are laughing with you. Bonus points if he doesnt laugh as he is now the odd one out.

If the friend is worth having around without girls present, take him aside and discuss what he is doing to not only your value but his, when putting you down. By him devaluing his friend he is subtracting from his own value by association. On the flip side of the coin if he talks you up it is a win win. My boy keeps throwing under the bus also. Every time when we're talking to girls, he will say that I have a small dick or I have never had a girlfriend or something similar. I used to hate him. Right after I always tell him WTF? Why did you do that? It's fucking annoying.

Well it used to be but now I have change my (what the PUA called) inner game. I have change how I react to situations, my body laguage, eye contact, the way I speak, tone of my voice and perception of the world. It took me a year (away from him) to change myself. Basically I modeled my transformation from him because he's a natural. When he opens his mouth I can see all the girls instantly attracted to him (those fucking naturals) and he doesn't even know the community (PUA).

So back to the topic. When we meet again after I went away for a year. I asked him out for a drink and to find women. Right after the first set, he fucking did it again. He, somehow, was able to tell the girls that the last time I was laid was two years ago and the reason for that is because women run away because of my small dick. My old self would've been rattle and tuck away in a corner and cry like a little bitch. But because I have trained myself to embrace the concept of alpha. I responded accordingly. I told the women.

"Hahahahahaha. Don't fucking believe this guy. He will literally say and do anything just to get the women. He's that desperate and to be honest, he's a little insecure because mines bigger (wink)."

First, I got back at him and made him look desperate. Second, I embraced what my boy said and add in a little neg.

"But yeah. It's been almost 2 years since I got laid. So I need your help girls. If you see any hot girls around tell me (pretended to look for other hot girls).

See what I did there? I turned it around on him and at the end of the night I ended up with the hotter chick. He said to me the following day. "Dude you've change". I smiled.

We will also say brutal true things. Like "He hooked up with a hog last week" or " Don't talk to this creep, he gets drunk and pees the couch". However, we say these things to each other because we are friends and we know each other very well and like to joke around.

You, on the other hand, do not seem to have this relationship with this friend (which is fine) , so he has no right putting you down like that. Just go along with it, say something funny, then later on when you two are alone just tell him "Dude, what the fuck, why are you saying shit like that you little fuck" or "you're a good friend" sarcastically.

And as for what he texted on your phone, he had no right to do that. Tell him your boundaries. That is him being a jealous fuck and wanting you to not succeed with women
