I think in general every woman should have a little Pick Me in them, and every man should have a little White Knight in them. Insofar as those terms mean having empathy for the opposite sex and being willing to look out for their interests. People of the opposite sex are still humans after all.

That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t have esteem for yourself and forget about your own interests.

i think the term pick me girl is kind of losing it's meaning because it is overused, which seems to happen with a lot of words nowadays (narcissist is a good example too). i've seen women call other women pickmes because they cook for their man or because they reciprocate within a relationship and are generally good girlfriends. women who used to be considered keepers are now pickmes in a lot of feminists' eyes. it's silly.

when it comes to actual pickmes who are completely desperate doormats, sure i would agree with you. they're kind of like male simps in a lot of ways. they don't value themselves and go over the top for attention from the opposite sex, in a lot of cases by using sex.

I've said it before and I will say it again... I like Pearl Davis. She isn't the hottest, but she's tall and built, has an interesting personality. She's definitely willing to stand up to assholes. Most of the pill guys dont' like her because she is tall and that makes them feel insecure.
