Signal her that a boundary is going to appear "look, i'm feeling a bit unsure and confused about how you are behaving towards me, i'm...starting to think that it may be best for me to go". (simplify this in your preferred wording).

This "soft" boundary will act as a warning to her, that she has to behave in more clearer way or else you will escalate it to a solid boundary which could be something like "ok, it's enough, girl, if you don't behave consistently, i'm gone".

Some women will tell you "ok, fine, go away", and then you have to go (never be afraid to lose a girl), but she may think about you later, so keep a door open and don't go in bad terms (angry, block, etc), because she may decide to work with and respect your boundary next time, women tend to like men that respect their own boundaries. When going out, it's to ok to show a very slightly frustrated and disappointed expression.
