Women like feeling high emotions and drama, bad boy offers high emotions and drama, if he (the man women are attracted) is not a bad boy he can't offer the high emotions and drama.

You can disvinculate the offering sex from the crazy part but you cannot disvinculate the high emotions and drama from the bad boy.

Ignoring the "crazy means crazy in bed" part for one second. A lot of times, women who live dangerously and are "livewire, mercurial, neurotic" are also initially fun, outgoing, spontaneous, and exciting. So, viewing it from that lens, a lot of these women are desired at first because it's not clear the extent of their crazy.

These women usually have abandonment issues which for some reason translates to Im down for anything in bed. I think thats what it boils down to. For the inexperienced man its a dream come true at first but usually ends very badly. Everybody else can see the red flags a mile away and tap it for a month or two.

most of her appeal is the fact that she's dtf casually and do more than just starfish in bed. most men don't form emotional attachments to these type of women in the way that women do for the bad boy archetype. they just want some fun without commitment, while women frequently want to lock down that type of guy. so it's not exactly an equivalent.
