Random for me to be shown this thread, but as a woman I think this is the saddest thing I have heard in a while. I'm so sorry you all went through this. Conversely, when I was going through divorce the only thing that didn't really change was our sex life.

If a woman loves you she's going to want to jump you. Yes I did love him, but he just wasn't right for me.

My wife married me for children. Her biological clock was ticking hard and I was there. The only two reasons she had sex with me was to lure me in, and to have children. We stopped having sex at virtually the same time we decided to stop having children.

My ex shacked up with a woman 3 months after separation and has been with her since. My whole 14 year marriage makes sense now. I feel used for money and children.

She pregnant now - not mine… and we finalized and sign next Monday. I never understood. We had sex once every 18 months and she worked nights for years … I eventually had to file.

I remember not long after married and she said only once a week was enough. I told her a womans need to “talk or be heard.” Is the male equivalent. So it would be in her best interest to not be a frigid control freak.

Not totally dissimilar to my situation. That ring went on her finger and all the sudden she had zero interest in sex vs. when she was dating she was DTF 24/7. Just more proof marriage is a scam.

I was getting the odd kiss or hug. One time when we’re getting along and seemed close I took it a stage further during one of our embraces and French kissed her. No tongues she said, it was never an issue before.

That one hurt and made me realise there was no coming back.

I know your pain. I was in an extreme dry spell with my ex-wife when I was still married. I think like 14 months straight. Still hugged and kissed. That was it and nothing else. I would try to initiate and get shot down.
