How would you feel about a guy that gave you a fake name?

I didn’t pick up this habit until maybe my 5th time of being threatened by a man when I was 18. I feel mostly safe around women, except for unwanted groping, or breaking my consent in some way.

Still, I’m safer not sharing my real name or phone number. It occurs to me that I’ve never had to tell someone what my real name is after giving them the fake one.

How would you feel about it?
