Would anyone else here really give her three days to move out? I'd kick her out immediately.

[–]Endorsed ContributorFLFTW16 54 points55 points56 points 11 years ago (17 children) | Copy Link

I was thinking 1 hour is all she deserves. Turn the cameras on and tell her she now has 59 min 59 seconds to get the f out before the cops are called. If she tries to make any false accusations you have all the cameras turned on...

[–]TRP VanguardtrpSenator 18 points19 points20 points 11 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

You can't kick anyone out of a house on a whim just because you feel like it. Even if they aren't on the lease, there are laws preventing this from happening. Heck, some people rent a home for a day, then never leave. From there, it still requires 30-60 days to get them out.

The only thing he could do to get her out would be with the black mail. There is nothing he can legally do.

[–]geekcop 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Agreed. I'm a cop and I deal with someone trying to kick someone else out of "their" house/apartment at least once a week. In most states, it doesn't matter who is paying rent or on the lease. You generally have to give your "tenant" 30 days notice.. and you'll usually have to get them evicted to actually make them leave. In my state, they only have to have been staying with you for a few nights to establish standing.

Be very careful who you invite into your home.

[–]JustTwoBrothers 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

What would you do? I'd like to have an educated answer to this.

[–]geekcop 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Depends on the state. In mine (Nevada), you'd have to contact the Constable's Office and start the formal eviction process, which takes 30 days.

After that, if they still haven't left, the Constables will come and physically remove them.

[–]Free_skier 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Change the locks lightning fast and say she never lived there.

[–]TRP VanguardtrpSenator 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's really difficult. Most state's require you to first contact the proper authority and give them the reason why you intend to evict them. Then you are required to formally serve them to start the 30 day eviction process (some state's require service first, wait 30 days to see if you can find resolve, then the 30 day eviction process begins). During the 30 day eviction, the tenant can then go to the state and ask for an extension (for several different reasons I don't want to list off), and continue staying there from 30-90 more days -- rent free. Usually an eviction takes 30 days minimum, but average at around 60-90. Though, I've heard of really exceptional cases that took several years to legally resolve.

Honestly, your best bet is to just make their living space unbearable. One person I know had a "career" squatter in his residence who knew what they were doing so it wasn't going to be a simple 30 day eviction. so what he had to do was start doing house remodeling (which he planned on doing anyways). So he took off all the doors in the house (including the bathroom and it's curtains etc), as well as all the carpet. Then tore down the bathroom wall and moved in with his GF and her college aged siblings and let them do whatever the fuck they wanted in the house that wasn't illegal (loud music, running around, etc).

Since he owns the house, he can do whatever he wants, and since the squatter never signed anything, he's not legally obligated to provide anything other than what is legally required such as a toilet, but nothing legally required him to have carpet and privacy. The squatter only lasted 2 days in that situation. Obviously that's an extreme, but you get the point. You just have to make the living space as unbearable as possible. So I'd just remove all the doors and constantly be in their space until they get uncomfortable and leave.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

She wasn't paying rent, unless you count the pussy.

[–]100Timeswww 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Doesn't matter if your're paying or not depending upon which state your in.

[–]TRP VanguardtrpSenator 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's a federal law, so no state requires you to pay rent.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Actually without some kind of contract or them being on the lease yep you can kick them out quick smart. Not married and moved in recently you can kick them to the curb immediately.

The thing is they have to prove they have a right to being there and he can simply just say I was allowing her to stay for a short time and this was never a permanent residence and that short time has now expired. So unless there is some written documentation she is up shit creek without a paddle.

So you can just change the locks and be done with it. For her to be allowed back in she would need proof and he can just say she is a crazy ex.

[–]1kulrajiskulraj 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Thank god for Texas' castle doctrine.

[–]TRP VanguardtrpSenator 10 points11 points12 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Texas' castle doctrine

That's irrelevant. That just says you can do whatever you need to do to protect yourself or property on your property. Legally, the girl still lives there and has all the rights afforded to her as a legal tenant.

[–]reezyreddits 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Legally, the girl still lives there

I'm sorry, but how? She's just his girlfriend, not his wife or anything. How is it any different than giving your friend a place to crash for a few days?

[–]100Timeswww 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She's set up residence there. For example, if she's signed up to a cell phone with that address or has that address recorded as "Home" at her job then the courts would acknowledge her residence at his apartment.

It all can be extremely wishy washy though.

[–]anonlymouse 33 points34 points35 points 11 years ago (58 children) | Copy Link

Giving her 3 days would limit her standing to sue you if she felt like it.

[–]xyoloboyx 8 points9 points10 points 11 years ago (22 children) | Copy Link

On what basis do you suggest that she would sue him?

[–]Humankeg 20 points21 points22 points 11 years ago (20 children) | Copy Link

I believe most states are in the range of 30 days to evict, and even then it can still be VERY hard to actually get someone out. This even applies to people not paying rent.

A little advice I heard a while ago if the other party didn't leave, was to turn off all the utilities. Gas, electric, TV, water, ect. Leave food in the fridge too. Let the smell, heat, cold, and lack of water run them out.

[–]ioncloud9 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

he is blackmailing her with recordings of her bedroom antics. I dont think she will make a legal challenge and will just gtfo.

[–]FruitNyer 7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

That's if they were renting or paying for any part of the housing. On paper she basically never resided there.

[–]Meglomaniac 7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Thats not true, if she can prove she had been residing there it doesnt matter if shes on the lease or not.

[–][deleted] 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

[permanently deleted]

[–]Meglomaniac 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

She would have to have proof that she was living there.

Signifigant possesions, mail being delivered, phones/etc registered in her location, etc.

[–]TRP VanguardtrpSenator 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link

No that's not even remotely true. Once a person lives somewhere, for even a short period of time, there are extensive legal processes you have to go through to kick them out. This is especially more true now, as it's gone beyond states with the post 2008 crash housing reform bills that now make it even more difficult to get evicted.

I used to work in a real estate related industry, and I know all sorts of crazy stories surrounding this.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Father has been a Realtor for 25+ years + Propery Manager for 2. Kicking people out of rental places is hard business. Strict procedures must be followed.

If scumbag tenants know the system they can easily play the system. If scumbag landlords know the system well enough they can also use it to abuse tenants.

It's a vicious environment.

[–]Unpopular_But_Right -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I get that is how it works for a standard rental situation, but in the event of infidelity of a girlfriend, how many would really 'fight' to stay in the home of the guy they just cheated on? Kick her out and let her sue.

[–][deleted] 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

[permanently deleted]

[–]alcaholicost 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I think if the bill is in your name you can suspend service, even if there is a squatter in residence.

[–]Silverbacked 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

That's generally only with tenants who have a tenancy agreement. 3 months with no written agreement and no financial contribution to rent/mortgage, depending on the state he could probably just change the locks and kick her out with no notice.

As for the utilities thing, that will almost certainly get you sued. As a landlord you have a responsibility to maintain properties in a habitable state. Turning off gas, electric and water violates that.

[–]Humankeg 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

If you are the one paying the rent, and all the utilities, and she is not on the lease or owns the home, then she isn't really a tenant and she is just a house crasher. It is legal to turn off all utilities if you are the sole person that should be living there.

[–][deleted] 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

[permanently deleted]

[–]Humankeg 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

If someone is not paying anything living there, there isn't really a landlord.

[–]anonlymouse 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Anything negative that happens immediately following getting kicked out. You can sue for anything. Civil law is different from criminal law.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

This is true however it depends on the state. Cohabitation laws apply to unmarried couples who live together. But whether living together for three months is considered cohabitation or not depends on the state.

[–]anonlymouse 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Irrespective of that. 3 days gives her time to arrange temporary accommodation while she figures out what to do next. If she were kicked out immediately and ended up on the street, a judge would probably let a lawsuit proceed.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I would have personally made arrangments for her to leave that very same day. You have no place to go? Here, a room in a shitty motel not too far from here. The police can escort you there if they wish.

Rather than renting a room and sleeping in there my self while the GF gets fucked. This way you get her off your hands right away, and she has no claim to sue you later since you did ensure she had a place to go.

[–]Robert_Walker 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I like this solution, is similar to what I was thinking of...

24 hours to be gone, I'll organise a moving truck, a storage unit and a cheap hotel. I'll pay for the truck, a month of storage and a few days of the hotel. For $1000, she's out of my residence in 24 hours. If she makes her own plans, even better. Locks changed, then that's it.

[–]anonlymouse 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sure, that's a decent alternative and would cover you in a similar manner to giving her 3 days. But that's still different from having her leave immediately with no comment.

[–]1cover20 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

No hotel vacancies in the area? No homeless shelter available? I don't see why a judge would do that, but I haven't been around these cases.

[–]anonlymouse 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There isn't a formula for this. You file a suit with your claim, then the defendant has to defend. You can win, sure, but it still costs you money, and sometimes when you're right, you still lose.

[–]football1010 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (26 children) | Copy Link

She has no grounds to sue. She is a freeloader living in someone elses house, and makes no financial contribution.

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points10 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Like it or not, in most states, if you establish residence in a dwelling, whether you pay anything or not, then you are considered a tenant and entitled to the same eviction procedure which is typically 30 days, though in many cases, it's much longer. Just because it's stupid doesn't mean it's not the law.

[–]surgeon_general 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is absolutely true. You can't just kick somebody out of your house because you want them to leave. In the U.S. if they won't leave, the cops aren't going to remove them without a legal eviction order from a court.

How about this extreme example where a woman comes home to her house in Detroit, finds someone squatting in there, and is now... living in the house with the squatter!

[–]meekwai 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

How laws and legal procedures actually work is not the same as how TRP thinks they should work.

She has no grounds to sue in an ethical sense, but might in a legal sense, depending on the jurisdiction.

[–]anonlymouse 9 points10 points11 points 11 years ago (16 children) | Copy Link

You don't understand how lawsuits work. Whether or not she wins is an entirely separate issue, but she very much can sue.

[–]football1010 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link

You have to suffer a loss or be able to show damages to sue in the civil courts.

As long as you allow her to take her belongings in a reasonable amount of time (whatever that means in your jurisdiction) she cannot sue. This does not mean she has to also remain living in the house. Baring any laws (again depending on your jurisdiction) you could kick her out immediately, as she has no right to live there. Technically she is your guest.

[–]anonlymouse 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

You have to suffer a loss or be able to show damages to sue in the civil courts.

People have successfully sued over emotional damage.

This is certainly not the sub I'd expect people to still have their heads in the sand over this issue.

[–]football1010 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

In Canada you can't just sue for imaginary reasons.

Logic dictates that if she can (hypothetically) sue him for emotional damage, he can also counter sue her, and if anything he has a greater claim than she does.

[–]anonlymouse -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

You most definitely can. My ex worked in tort law. In BC.

He can counter sue. That costs money too. Whether he'd win or not doesn't depend in any way what you personally believe to be logical.

[–]Adams1991 -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

No she could not sue him in Canada for this. She could try to file the suit but that is as far as it would get. She broke her duty of care and it was reasonably foreseeable that he could have been hurt by her actions.

The guy also lived up to the standard of care. What would another person do in this situation? Many would have caused physical harm to the girlfriend or cheating friend.

In the end OP would have a better case against the slut in court.

[–]anonlymouse 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

She could very well get farther. She could argue that it was unreasonable to kick her out immediately, and the judge would accept that argument - the burden of proof is much lower when it comes to establishing standing. It would get to trial (or settlement).

Giving her 3 days is what makes it more likely that she wouldn't get past chambers.

[–]Adams19910 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

But she couldn't argue that. It is totally reasonable.

There would be no burden of proof. She wasn't on the lease and was not contributing financially. It's a pretty cut and dry case. He could even tell her to leave within the hour and if she didn't he could take her to court for the tort of trespassing.

Canadian law is much different than American.

[–]anonlymouse0 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Sure she could. Plenty of things have been argued, and won, in court, that seem absurd from the outside.

Canadian law is much different than American.

I know. I spent 5 years listening to my girlfriend tell me about the nitty gritty details of her work.

[–]football1010 -3 points-2 points-1 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

No you're wrong, you still have to show that you suffered a loss or show damages resulting from negligence. This has to be the primary grounds for which you are building your case. You can claim emotional damages after proving that you have suffered a loss/damages, to increase the monetary benefit you wish to receive, but you cannot take someone to court by simply claiming emotional damages.

If that was the case everyone would be filing cases against each other. It would be madness.

[–]anonlymouse 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

No you're wrong, you still have to show that you suffered a loss or show damages resulting from negligence.

You're confused about what happens when. That's what you need to do when it goes to trial, not when you file suit.

[–]football10100 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Going to court and filing doesn't mean anything, because the court won't accept it. Basically what you are arguing now is that she can go to court and fill out meaningless paperwork. Yes she can absolutely do this.

Filing papers doesn't constitute suing him, so you're still wrong.

[–]anonlymouse1 point 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

The court will accept it if it's unchallenged. You'll still have to hire a lawyer to get it thrown out of court. The moment someone files a suit, you start losing money, and if you made a mistake, you lose more money.

[–]Silverbacked -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

If it's a stupid meritless case it will get thrown out and any lawyer foolish enough to take it on will be chastised in court by the judge.

You can always sue for any bullshit you want, it's just unlikely you'll win and unlikely you'll be able to hire a lawyer.

[–]anonlymouse1 point 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

You can always hire a lawyer if you have money.

Of course, if you kick someone who's too broke to hire a lawyer out onto the street immediately, they have more standing to sue.

[–]Assaultman67 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Then counter sue for emotional damages.

[–]anonlymouse 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sure. And see who can present a better case that their feelings were hurt.

Spoiler: It's the one with the vagina.

[–]muyuu 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Some people would try crazy shit like self-inflicting some wounds to herself and suing. In some countries that would automatically arrest the guy before even carrying out any investigation (safety procedure).

This may sound crazy but it happens.

[–]1cover20 6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

All the more reason to get her out quickly. I wouldn't have mentioned the part about the cameras either, let her do things thinking she was not being recorded, but most important, get her moved out before she can dismantle the security.

It makes her hamster run 10 times harder if she can't know exactly what you know, and doesn't even know how you know as much as you do.

[–]anonlymouse 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

All the more reason to get her out quickly.

Actually, no. Give her a reasonable amount of time to get her shit in order, especially after she cheated on you and feels guilty, she's less likely to be vindictive. Kick her out right away, and hurt her, she'll want to hurt you back.

In that situation, all she needs is an accusation.

Being rash and stupid is not what should be promoted on this sub. Once things have gone to shit, you need to navigate carefully.

[–]football1010 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No problem, if she is mentally unstable, you call the cops before you tell her. Shortly before they arrive you inform the girl she has to leave in an hour. Cops get there and supervise/force her to leave. This mitigates any chance of her doing crazy things.

[–]Dubsland12 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

In a lot of states the cops won't let you, she lives there too.

[–]Johnny10toes 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

More like having her stuff hauled off while she's banging the guy.

[–]stillphat 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No, you gotta loom it over them that you're the bigger person, and they're absolutely terrible for doing what they did. Thus making it that much more soul crushing when they realize that they can't fix it.

[+]ReallyBigDeal -9 points-8 points-7 points 11 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Why would he wait for her to cheat on him? If he "knew" so surely that she would do this then why not talk about it before she did? This story is the fantasy of someone who wishes this is what they did and in the end, it's still pathetic.

[–]beltwaytr 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

What would be the point of talking about it before hand? He did what most human beings would want to do, which is confirm their suspicions about someone. We've all been there and the only way I've ever seen someone prove their suspicions correct is by snooping on them.

[+]ReallyBigDeal -10 points-9 points-8 points 11 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Omg you clearly aren't an adult or you've clearly never had an adult relationship. What's the point of being in a relationship with someone who you suspect or expect to cheat on you?

Like why should you continue a relationship with someone who you think would cheat on you given the chance? Suspicious people who are too cowardly to actually communicant with their SOS are pathetic.

[+]ReallyBigDeal -7 points-6 points-5 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

OP did the same bullshit "trust test" that guys on this sub bitch about. If he had suspicions then he should have talked to her about it months in. OP was a bitch. Why didn't he dump her ass when he "knew" she was going to cheat on him.

Listen kids, if you think your SO is going to cheat on you, then talk to them about it. If you think that they'll just lie to you, then why would you continue the relationship?

[–]beltwaytr 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

In a perfect world I'm sure communication would be a valuable asset in the relationship department. However...we live in a world where the majority of women are so self absorbed that you literally need to step outside the box to see what they're really like.

Communication is pointless if you are speaking to someone that has a habit of hiding their flaws. Personally I think you put way too much faith in women and have yet to realize the majority of them lie to paint themselves in a perfect light.

[–]ReallyBigDeal 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

"A majority of women..." Where did you pull that bullshit statistic from?

When people are dating they tend to hold back and hide their flaws. Both sexes do this shit! Getting to know someone is all about moving passed the initial phase of only putting their best foot forward and onto the comfortable place where you can fart in front of your SO.

OP was just as full of shit as his GF. He was too much of a pussy to speak his mind to her (or apparently say no to moving in with someone he didn't know well enough to trust) and instead waited until he could "catch her".

It boils down to trust kids. You don't have it, you don't belong in a relationship with someone else.

It's a simple question really. If you don't/can't trust your SO to not cheat on you, then why are you still in a relationship with them?

OP was/is Beta as fuck.

[–]beltwaytr 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There are plenty of resources on this sub reddit that prove women are more likely to lie to you about anything especially life altering choices that will shape how your life. How many times have we seen it? The false rape accusations, the infidelity, the divorce rape, the gang bangs, the 12 dicks she sucked while you went to the store. I mean come on.

However I'll give you this. It does come down to trust and if you don't have it there is no point in a relationship. That happens to be the exact situations a lot of us are in. Some take the risk like OP did just to find out she wasn't worth the time.

I forget if it was Spinoza, Shakespeare, or Snoop Dog who said it, but remember guys:

"You can't make a ho a housewife"

That fun girl that let you come in her ass the night you met her, isn't making other guys wait. Easy in, easy out

[–]meekwai 18 points19 points20 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The problem with this is that converse doesn't hold.

That innocent angel which made you wait months for sex may well have let other guys come in her ass the night they met her.

Well it is one story out of thousands of readers who could post or not, but have that demeanor. I have a friend who simply said, "aight, you got me." This was him letting his girl know he knew about her cheating.

In my experience, people like op and my friend have the good enough traits to attract some of the best looking women. But somewhere along relationships they seem boring because of the way they care and tend to needs unconditionally. But you know, my friend want always so callous at the end of relationships. It was due to shit repeating itself over and over.

I'm not convinced about the whole being weak part. I'm starting to think that just as much as women are wired to behave in certain ways, that maybe men are too, maybe this whole developing feelings (as only a man can ie. not fickle) is just a design flaw in our collective psyches. I think its a built in vulnerability that once recognized can be worked around or adapted to.

First off, this reeks of bullshit. Secondly, why is everyone praising this guy as he is clearly a pathetic dude that saw this coming and allowed it to happen...FLAG. He knew that she would cheat so he waits weeks to set up an overly elaborate plan to catch her? That screams of major personal issues and lack of time spent working on himself, especially if he KNEW she was going to cheat. He went into the relationship thinking fling and ended up liking her... FLAG, you know you're not the first and that's just your lonely drive kicking in. Admits she has shitty personality flaws but ignores them... FLAG, overlooking flaws always works out right? Only had a minimum wage job and had zero alternatives other than to be save-a-hoe'd and move in...FLAG, he even said her job was shitty so he never respected her in the first place. He finally admits he was an idiot, the only smart thing he said. What kind of pathetic man spends weeks crafting an elaborate plan to catch a woman he forced himself to care about? He had this coming since day one and he's upset and betrayed because she acted jsut like she was always going to act. He should of acted like a man instead of a petty child. I can't stand that he's getting praise for being "patient". He is sad, pathetic, ignorant, and childish. I love this sub too, and am surprised at people in here of all places getting boners about revenge on somebody that isn't worth 2 minutes of your day at that point.

I agree, he was over his head from day one. He had zero vision, no goals, and no hand. The fact that he convinced himself to like her even though it was a "fling" and he pretty much hated most things about her made the rest hard to read.

What scared bullshit are you on about? She couldn't claim shit because she has nothing to claim, real life doesn't work like the fairytale bull stories you see on Reddit. Police wouldn't give a shit about kicking her out because she wasn't on a lease, so she has no right to be there in the first place. If his friends and family believe her over him then that's a whole different problem he has with his own, apparently shitty, social and family circle. This subreddit needs to toughen up, it's like pussy week in here lately. If you are with a woman for stupid reasons and you stick with it, you DESERVE what happens to you for being weak willed. When you ready to cut crazy off, you cut it off. You don't plot and plan and whatever else, you just DO IT. I've been through my share of bad breakups when women go crazy mode... this is real life and you just move on. Men aren't being thrown in jail every hour because of false claims. Yes, protect yourself because it happens, but don't over value your own situation like the example did. Man up, Move on.

Guys, this is an escapist fantasy from a broken beta man. The tone and voice screams this. The delicious foreboding of installing ip cameras to trap her, he fantasises having real power by imagining really having acted to have his assumptions proven. The careful timing he describes to confront with maximal impact - all broken-beta fantasy.

The outer details are probably completely true - this man was cheated on by a girl who used him for his resources, for his services and, she also fucked a better man than he was. A man he admonishes for someone he "helped".

The giveaway is that he installed a number of IP cameras and he never figured out who he was until the big reveal face-to-face. It's nonsensical.

This is beta revenge porn.

He's folding into his introverted comic book dreams of having superpowers. Beta escapist fantasy - the last refuge of the one that never wins.

It's sad to see /r/theredpill become such a self jerking subreddit where people feel the need to make up stupid fucking stories. [–]adamryanx -1 points-1 points-1 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Should've not should of. Stop using IE and install Chrome. Typos make people care less about your thoughts.

[–]Marty_ShortForMartin -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Being a pedantic child makes me not give a shit about what you say. Focus on the content or quiet down. Don't care about your response to this, though I'm sure you'll have something great to say.

[–]adamryanx0 points 11 years ago* [recovered] (3 children) | Copy Link

That's the thing- we can't focus on the content if we don't know what the fuck you're saying.

Punctuation exists for a reason. Grammar is the difference between knowing your shit and knowing you're shit, and punctuation is the difference between "Let's eat, Grandma." and "Let's eat Grandma."

If you can't write, then you can't think, and if you can't think, then you don't deserve to be heard.

Stop making excuses. This is TRP. Man the fuck up and stop making excuses. You can't write. Acknowledge it. Fix it. Start by installing Chrome. Learn how words are spelt. Then start reading books. Read more than just online content. There are plenty of free books you can download by torrent. Learn grammar and keep working on it forever. Grammar is important and is the reason why when people read the first sentence in your reply, it reads as though you're calling yourself a pedantic child.

Making excuses for ignorance is what women do. You're a man. Act like one.

[–]Marty_ShortForMartin -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

[–]ikarus2k -4 points-3 points-2 points 11 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Totally agreed, I thought this was a great Blue Pill example, all that passive agressive behaviour and setting yourself up for failure.

So she cheats and worst thing she gets is a bad look and 3 days notice. Buhuu. That's what I would call an amiable breakup. Unless he posts the vids, of course :)

[–]Epicwin141 13 points14 points15 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Do you want him to fucking kill her or something? The difference between him and you is that he's mentally composed and knows better. Revenge is satisfying, but revenge only leads to unnecessary pain. It's for fools, fools like you.

[–]the_real_chronos 9 points10 points11 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

If he has a legal right to own the videos then yes, he should definitely post them all over the Internet. That would have made the whole situation worth it and would have made actual sense to wait it out as long as he did.

Dude made a ton of mistakes with this chick but I have to give it to him, he didn't hold any delusions and knew what was coming to him despite his weak attachment and oneitis with her. Most blue pillers would have never suspected and would have believed whatever their buttercup told them.

That being said, he withdrew frame when he left from his own home. Why the fuck would you leave? You catch them cheating that is an instant kicking from your home. YOU DON'T LEAVE YOU KICK THEM THE FUCK OUT.

What he had to do was to throw her out on the curb naked/with little clothing and keep all her stuff under the threat of releasing the video, and then release it anyways and trash all her keepsakes.

That would have been alpha and satisfying as fuck, almost dark triad. No one would fuck with you after hearing what you did with that bitch.

[–]surgeon_general 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. He's in a situation that must really hurt- watching another man "eat your food, use your computer, and have sex with your girlfriend on your bed." So, after he busts them, he takes off, and leaves them alone with his food, computer, and bed???

I'm not saying he needed to get violent. I wouldn't have. But the other dude has to leave. And I would deal with the girl right there. It's about doing some damage control, immediately.

EDIT: I forgot for a second that this other guy was a friend of his. In that situation, I am OK with beating the fuck out of him if you think you can. A random guy isn't doing anything personally against you, but a friend is.

[–]ikarus2k -2 points-1 points0 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

no man, I want him to end it like a decent human being. If he suspects her of (future) cheating, just end it. Save himself and other the pain of this whole fiasco - weeks of preparation and money lost, for what?! Having physical proof she's not good enough for him. He knew she wasn't right but didn't have the balls to straight up end it.

[–]Epicwin141 -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Some people find satisfaction in those long planning periods. Sorry for insulting you! I understand what you mean now though.

[–]the_real_chronos -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Why should he behave like a decent human being when his girlfriend and his best friend are behaving like scum?

If he knew he was cheating and was in the position of recording video evidence of it all, then that puts him in an incredible position to exact rightful revenge upon them.

The waiting and money are all worth it as long as you are already detached from her, have confronted the possible reality of what might be happening, and you are determined on restoring your respect as the man of your household.

This could have been a phenomenal /r/ProRevenge story, yet this man was still too weak to bring upon his rule and retribution with fear and respect over his disgusting girlfriend and friend.

[–]RobbyTheLifeguard 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I've never understood why we made a culture that despises revenge or punishment. I've always seen that revenge has some benefits to society as a whole. Imagine how many situations are avoided because of the fear of revenge. People are far more likely to rip someone off or cheat when they believe that they can hide behind the social hatred for revenge. Imagine this scenario in a world where the both parties understood that if either one cheats, the other one will retaliate. Both parties would probably take extra precautions to break yo or do do what is necessary to NOT cheat and to protect themselves.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If true, this guy has the mental coolness of Michael Corleone.

I do not care, if this is fake. I want to be cool-headed like this. Don't get emotional or violent, because it will be used against you. Just cut the person out of your life with a scalpel.

The only way this could get better is if he told that guy "You're nothing to me now. You're not a brother, you're not a friend. I don't want you near my house. You understand?"

P.S. To people saying he is too emotionless for this being a real story, he lost his cool for a few hours, but it happened away so that they would not see it:

I went out and tried processing what happened, I was angry I wanted to hurt you both hell who wouldn't want that? But more than anything I felt this deep, deep inferiority. I felt as if I was lacking in some manner that I lacked so much that you through primal need for survival sought it elsewhere. I drove around for a while kept getting on the highway and off again just going in a big fucking loop. ... I hadn't had any sleep for about a whole day to this point. When I woke I had a clear mind and I felt better I could now rationally handle the whole situation.

This would be superb advice. If you feel like you are about to get emotional and loose your cool, just leave without a word, turn off your cell phone, vent, smash some things and come back cool and rational with a plan.

He invested way too much effort into this. I'd have told her to step right away and not bothered with the cameras and elaborate set up.

Back before I was married I was banging this chick for about 9 months. She was my standby gash, absolutely gorgeous in every way. She could fuck like a harpy and suck me purple. Obviously she was insane though, took lithium and effexor because she was straight bipolar. Had daddy issues like a motherfucker, could have wrote the text book on that. Damaged goods, I always kept her at arms length from me. I was so good at manipulating her and making her feel comfortable telling me anything. She told me some of the sickest weirdest shit about her childhood and games she used to play with her sister ... How since elementary school she'd humped a stuffed bear to masturbate - all kinds of deep dark shit. She told me shit about how many guys she'd fucked, she was convinced that I was her one true love because she'd never been able to be so honest and open with someone ever in her life. I maintained the non judgmental exterior but inside I was just tallying up all the strikes. She mistook my lack of judgment as me not judging her by her past but instead I was able to maintain frame by literally not giving a damn about her as a human being or a person. I had written her off the moment I met her and that made her think I was just so perfect.

I said she was my standby gash because I had another girl whom I actually gave two fucks about but she was in college in Australia and I'm not all about that long distance bullshit so I needed something in the meantime. Enter Jasmine the bipolar 'Cali gurl' ... So I would fly down to Australia every few months for 2 or 3 weeks to see my Aussie girl and I'd usually use the military as an excuse 'sorry babe, going to 29 palms for training - you know the rules no cellphones I'll be back in a few weeks' it worked out great usually. I'd come home from Australia, dick still wet and drop it in Jasmine who was eagerly awaiting me back in the OC.

Well, Jasmine needed her meds adjusted or something. She started getting a little bit more psycho than usual ... I had a trip coming up and didn't feel the obligation I normally did to soothe Jasmine over. I just shot her a text saying it was a last minute thing was going to be gone, sorry!

Well poor Jasmine didn't take kindly to that and decided while I was gone to go fuck two dudes in two weeks. When I got back off the plane I called her over for the usual to get that koala stink off my dick ... She came over and happily fucked and sucked me. Then she started crying. Weird ... So I asked her what's up? She told me she got mad at me and went online and met up with two different dudes and had sex with them because she was so mad at me for leaving her and she felt really bad about it.

I was like 'damn, two guys huh?' Found out who they were, what the details of the whole thing was just out of morbid curiosity as to how this stuff actually happens. Then I told her 'now Jasmine, you know this is unacceptable right?' Like a scolded child she cried and whimpered 'yeah' so I said well I'm going to have to do something about this, you understand why right? Yeah ... OK so you need to leave now and don't call me OK? She started begging and pleading, threatening suicide - all of it. I just kept saying Jasmine, you have to go now OK? As I ushered her out the door. I never talked to her again. I didn't tell her about the other girl or anything. Didn't yell at her, just escorted her right out my front door and then went in, took a shower and made myself dinner and called my girlfriend to let her know I had made it back safely.

In my opinion that's the best way to do it. I think I destroyed her mentally from what mutual friends have told me but I got out unscathed. I didn't feel the need to brood on it and get all upset and waste time and effort. She'd served her purpose and she expired a little sooner than I would have liked but in the end there was as little drama as possible.

That was like 9 years ago and I still get messages from this chick on FB. If I ever hit rock bottom I know I could scrape her off the deck and throw some dick in her and leech off of her till I could get back on my feet ... The chances of that ever happening are zero but it's still good to know.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

You shouldn't be so pleased about destroying her mentally. She was a mentally ill person to begin with.

[–]lalicat 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

You're right. I should have treated her like the delicate unique flower she was and allowed her a chance to blossom into a natural beautiful creature. I should have done all the stuff her daddy never did for her and then she would have been mine right? Any chick that would still yummy down on this dick after 9 years and such rejection is obviously mentally ill. I was playing on easy mode early in my career. You are right.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm not saying it like that, I'm saying that maybe have a little more respect for the mentally ill. It wasn't your job to look after her, to do anything for her but you knew she was mentally ill and shouldn't be so proud of destroying the mentality of an already mentally ill person.

If you were, you wouldn't be in this situation.

[–]AngraMainyuu 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I believe the whole point of this was to inflict as much emotional damage on her as she had done to him without leading to any unnecessary legal trouble. He caught her dead to rights, which is hard to do with women sometimes. I keep seeing this line of reasoning in this thread that you should just flip your shit and kick her out immediately. RAGE!!!. I keep imagining how that would go down and chances are it would just turn into another cop call about a domestic disturbance with a lot yelling and screaming and shit being thrown around the house. Fuck that noise. Cops show up cuz a neighbor called, girl goes ape-shit, her new boyfriend takes her side, cops take her side, you go to jail. He didn't give her the opportunity to do any of that shit though. He had her check mate with no moves. Then after he was able to proceed calmly, told her to get the fuck out.

Yeah, anything else just seems terribly emotionally reactive, and I don't enjoy playing "Who can be more emotional?" with women.

Swallowing the red pill is fucking hard. Especially if you feel like reading deja vu.

[–]monsieurhire2 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sounds like the guy has some masochism issues. He entered into a relationship he suspected would have a high probability of failure, and then he set up cameras to witness the failure, then engaged in some psycho-drama; all to savor the emotions it produced.

If you know that your GF will cheat to the point where you set up cameras, you should probably really examine what is going on inside your head to understand why you would enter into a relationship in the first place.

Personally, whenever I meet a woman, I play a little "chess game" in my head to see if it would work out. When I determine it won't, I move on. For example, if a girl talks about past slutty behavior, cheating, etc., I think, "Well, I'm not going to be able to change you, so . . . checkmate, next!"

[–]bpcPunk 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I was in a similar situation and while the emotions he expresses seem pretty spot on I find it hard how he remained calm. When it happened to me I was pushed to the very edge and may very well be in jail right now if things went differently. This is the sort of thing is what brings out the worst in us men. Also the IP camera thing seemed far fetched. Granted cheap IP cameras are ubiquitous now days but it still seems like a lot of work. But who knows.

My guess is that the story is a little embellished. He provided her at least one or two things to prove he was an asshole boyfriend during the breakup but anyone with half a brain will still be on his side. In the end I hope he keeps away from them both.

[–]mickeysf 6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

I am new to trp, but I see a common theme where men tend to obsess over women and try to convince themselves that they are in control when in fact they are not.

Op plans a sting and obsessively sits in a chair during the cheaters morning sex? How is this at all advisable? Why the elaborate set up? How about just kick her out. Op set up this whole weekend to frame her. If he didn't trust her he could have kicked her out on Friday and saved everyone a lot of drama.

Seems to me that trp folks are full of fear and are elevating women to some level where they must be feared and controlled. It's pretty weird to me.

[–]Ojisan1 17 points18 points19 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

This story is one of the worst examples of redpill I have ever seen. Don't mistake this story for redpill. None of this is advisable at all, the guy has serious issues. He set up IP cameras while he got cuckolded in the next room, ffs.

[–]ziggitypumziggitypim 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The whole thing is either heavily embellished or fabricated. As someone else stated, it reads like a work of fiction. I'm not buying it... Too much effort to catch someone cheating.

[–]SgtTRP 6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

How about just kick her out.

Yes. A better move is to see the signs and end it before she cheats. An even better move is to have made her a plate.

Seems to me that trp folks are...

I wouldn't assume all posters here are strictly TRP. There are trolls, there are people who just don't get it and - I guess mostly - there are people who are in the anger phase.

(See sidebar for more info.)

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

In this situation, it is quite extreme. If someone I loved did that to me, I think I would become quite obsessive over my next move.

[–]Endorsed Contributorleftajar 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

The OP reads like a sociopath. That level of self-control and rationality in the face of emotional devastation... very rare in the general population. Fascinating stuff.

[–]Cryocasm 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I don't understand how refusing to emote on an issue is immediately seen as sociopathic andor psychopathic behavior.

He had a clear goal, and mentions it multiple times ("make her not know what's happening") and that's exactly what he did without diverting from his attention. Honestly the nerve to keep pushing to his goal is what I liked and less his indifference.

[–]Endorsed Contributorleftajar 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I hear you. Sociopathy is one way to arrive at op's behavior, although not the only way. I could see myself reacting similarly, but it took going through a lot of pain to reach that level of self-control.

[–]Str8tuptrollin 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I think it's worth the money to pay some girl to act as your new girlfriend as you're breaking up with your old one lol

Imagine how hard she is going to want you back if you play your cards right

[–]jmottram08 -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Or, you know, actually find one.

[–]farbenwvnder -2 points-1 points0 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That would be ideal but rather difficult if you're like this guy who only had like a day or two.

The fact that you're gonna want to use her to get back at your soon to be ex probably won't make it easier

[–]the_real_chronos -4 points-3 points-2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Or just kick her out from the house instantly, trash all her stuff, and post her video all over the internet and her Facebook?

Yeah, what the fuck is wrong with this guy?...

[–]dasstigpig 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

What a legend. No words can describe how well he handle this. Shouting? Fuck that, that's emotions getting in the way of being the most clinically cold minded person to what is possibly one of the most difficult situations to deal with for relationships.

[–]life_manager 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is a blue-pill example, not a red-pill example.

First off:

Knowingly dates a girl that he expects to cheat.

Allows her to live off his money and work no job

Sets up elaborate scheme to spy on her cheating

Allows them to fuck all night, comes back in the morning

Listens to them fuck in the morning

But omg, he was patient.

Leaves the apartment he pays for.

Comes back and "hears her out"

Red-pill qualities:

Made a decision, stuck with it, didn't get together with his cheating whore ex.

Patient.

Mickeysf

If you're new to TRP then its understandable that you see the original OP's calculated actions as overkill. Its in your blue pill nature to run from what you know little about.

You must understand that women are notorious for rationalizing their behavior. He states his awareness of this. And plans calculates the most sufficient means to make sure the lesson hits home, and is not rationalized.

Also women in dire situations such as this one, who has nowhere else to go, will at first play the victim to appeal to emotion and activate the male protective instinct as a manipulation tactic. He states his awareness of this and cancels it.

If the professional victim tactic fails, anger will result. At this stage they will resort to any means of manipulation to get their way, sometimes violence, abusive language, including using the system with false charges. If they do find a means of getting their way through nefarious means, they will rationalize that they were right. He states his awareness of this, and covers his ass with the threat of video evidence if she tries to pull any shit.

In the end he got exactly what he wanted, he taught her a lesson in humility and cancelled any opportunity to rationalize her mistakes. He makes her take full responsibility, which is a rare occurrence among women today.

Don't be stupid, don't judge what you do not understand. If this man did what you suggest and just brashly acted without planning, there would be holes for her to exploit. He was emotionally invested in this woman, this is why he invests the time and energy to solidify her wrong doing and make her take responsibility.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This isn't RP. Not being Blue Pill doesn't make something "good sexual strategy" or "what you should aspire to do."

This guy knew she would do it. He was so certain of her being a slut and fucking another guy at the first opportunity that he set up a video camera and faked a business trip. The red pill thing to do is if you're instinct tells you she's going to whore around, cut her off. If her character makes you think she's hopping on dick the first second you're on a business trip, WHY BOTHER with this elaborate passive trap scheme just to have your "comeuppance" in the end. Just end the relationship.

The red pill thing to do would have been to never upgrade her from a plate - he did say that he was wary of her wild past. He BP'd himself 3 times as far as I'm concerned because he actually had the RP realization, but refused to follow it to the logical conclusion. He knew she had a wild past, he still LTR'd the ho. He knew she was unreliable, but he let her move in with him, despite thinking that it was a horrible idea. And third, he knew that she wanted to cheat, yet he didn't kick her out at that point, he had to actually watch it to believe it, creating unnecessary drama and pain for himself.

I have only ever seen betas do these elaborate schemes to "catch" their wife / GF cheating. RP guys can understand when they don't have the value / frame to lock down a girl and they just keep her at plate-level, understanding she's a young girl in her sexual prime and he might as well be the cock carousel for her, not the long term provider. In a relationship, if there's warning signs of cheating, they don't have to wait until they set up a scenario to catch the girl sucking his dick - they just go with their gut and cut her out.

[–]Florist_Gump 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If by "totally owns" you mean "he barely managed to pull off the very minimal appropriate response", then ok.

His big plan to catch her in the act is to... say nothing and walk out of his own place?

Looks to me like his plan was to have no plan, to expect to wing it, and when the time comes he chickens out and runs from his own castle.

If this story is a fabrication its not a particularly satisfying one, if the author is trying to come across looking good and strong-willed it fails in that attempt.

[–]Ferinex 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Why was it a revelation who she was cheating with when the dude walked out of the room? He would have already known who it was from the webcams. I mean, if this weren't just a complete work of fiction, that is.

[–]aa223 -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No comprende what this has to do with TRP. This reads like a romance novel for jilted lovers.

The cover: Fabio sits in the chair, book resting half open. A breeze tosses golden hair. The woman, shocked as to nearly drop her linen shawl is met with piercing eyes, a knowing smirk.

"Shasta knew she could never again taste the musk of such a beast, and wept."

[–]RPSavant -2 points-1 points0 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm jumping on the bandwagon to call this a work of fiction but I wonder why one would want to prove he is right so badly that he would sit there listening to his GF moaning while her head hits the wall for an hour. why not just break it off before?

[–]bpcPunk 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's fucking weird but when you've invested the time, money, and energy into a relationship with someone you love you do stupid shit. You NEED proof. A part of you wants everything to turn out fine and you second guess your gut feelings that something isn't right. It's not very RP but it's how it is. As for him being able to sit there while they fuck I also find that part hard to believe.

Three days seems reasonable, although if she was not on the lease, immediately would be OK too. She could get a hotel. Can't afford a hotel? Certainly not his problem.

He was still being considerate to her. He still loved her. I know how that love/hate works. He always did what was best for her even now (but now with the constraint that she must go), it was his habit.

He didn't have to justify quite that much to her, but I guess it's OK. It's unfortunate because, from what we read, it will give her some sense of victory that he loved her more than she loved him. When the honesty impulse comes, guys, resist it.

This isn't really an example of Red Pill. This work of fiction may have helped the author deal with the fact that he was cheated on but as men we need to lead by example.

Lesson here: Red flags all over the place that she's a slut?

Use her for what she's good for and continue to enjoy your life with no strings attached. If you want a girlfriend - find a woman worth dating and be the captain of your relation...ship.

[–]the_real_chronos 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

No. It doesn't take anything to fuck your best friend's girl when she's already a slut. Well it takes one hell of a garbage best friend to do so...

[+]the99percent1 -9 points-8 points-7 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

comments like these and down votes shows you all have much to learn.

His friend is pretty dark triad. Fucking his close friends slut, in his house and bed. Now that's gold.

I see a lot you can learn from him. You should be able to recognize a slut and not burn bridges with men who can lift your own game.

His friend is a shortcut away from understanding women and how to fuck with their minds. Only a man who still has BP tendencies. like being honorable, bros before hoes, beta bucks, etc would burn the bridge over a girl..

[–]the_real_chronos 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Pretty Dark Triad? The dude left crying voicemails and shit. He was suicidal and depressed some time ago. This guy was a weak piece of shit that needed validation so hard he fucked his best friend's girlfriend just to feel better about himself. That's not gold, that's fucking needy, dishonorable, and disgusting.

Why on earth would a Dark Triad jeopardize a good friendship or relationship (that clearly had already benefitted him) when he could get quality pussy almost effortlessly any time somewhere else? If this guy was as blue pill as he sounds I doubt his girl was better looking than what a Dark Triad could regularly pull.

This girl was a prime slut, hell I bet she was looking to cheat for a long time and it just so happened that his friend was the most accessible person to do so with. She probably initiated the whole thing as well I would bet.

Why would the guy keep this "friend" around after this? He's not really Dark Triad and even if he was why would you want one as a friend knowing their nature? They would just ruin you, they make for terrible friends and family. Just stay away as far as you can.

He has nothing to learn from his friend other than not trusting sluts and not trusting other men with his women.

It is you who has much to learn on this sub. Keep reading and keep thinking.

[+]the99percent1 -6 points-5 points-4 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Do you really think a depressed, needy man would fuck a buddys girl in his own bed?

I think not.. Sluts aren't that EASY.

now let's analyze the situation here. The story is one sided. We only know the guys part. And tbh, its pretty beta as it comes.

1) he let's the slut use him. 2) he installs cameras. 3) instead of doing something else with his time, he watches them fuck on live stream.. 4) he comes back the next day and listens to them fuck again and build up inferiority. 5) he walks away from his own home like a beta that he is instead of manning up and using confrontation to stamp authority. I would have brought a shotgun to the guys face and threaten to blow it off the disrespectful fuck. Then I'll kick the girl out Immediately. Not give her three days. out this instant.

I don't need to say anymore.. the story is clearly lopsided to show how he handled the situation.

We all know why girls cheat and who they cheat with. They cheat with men who are better than you, or at least perceived as better than you. A depressed man has no chance of leading a girl on. Especially a slut with experience.

His friend is a psychopath who exhibits all the traits of a dark triad man. He has no sense of loyalty and only is looking out for his own needs.

[–]the_real_chronos 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Sluts aren't that easy? Where have you been living? I've seen girls approaching guys to straight out fuck in a moment's notice.

So you advise the guy to keep being friends with the dude but you would bring a shotgun and threaten to blow up that "disrespectful fuck"?

Is it me or is there some cognitive dissonance running through your brain right now?

He was depressed but that was some time before. Might have been a long time and If he got out of depression he might have been living in a high of temporary confidence and positivity fostered by his environment and all the people around him; that's how he probably managed to come across as less needy than his buddy's already needy slut.

Does banging your best friend's girlfriend make you a psychopath now? No, it really doesn't. He froze up when he got caught and then apologized and begged and cried, indicating that he felt genuine guilt and regret over what he did.

A real psychopath would have just stared you down with an ice cold gaze, unable to even display much emotion besides the "eh, beta buddy caught us" stage. And if for some reason he wanted to continue the friendship he would manipulate the whole situation to pin it on the slut and not himself.

[–]the99percent1 -3 points-2 points-1 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Sluts aren't that easy? Where have you been living? I've seen girls approaching guys to straight out fuck in a moment's notice.

On the contrary, nope... Sluts are more likely not to fuck a beta guy. They can smell beta streets away.

So you advise the guy to keep being friends with the dude but you would bring a shotgun and threaten to blow up that "disrespectful fuck"?

In the heat of the moment, yes, I would bring a shot gun to his face. I'm doing so to make a statement that I'm not to be disrespected. It is more a controlled act than an actual threat.

If you can't recognize this, then you have a long way to go with RP theory my friend.

Does banging your best friend's girlfriend make you a psychopath now? No, it really doesn't. He froze up when he got caught and then apologized and begged and cried, indicating that he felt genuine guilt and regret over what he did.

A psychopath uses manipulation and coercion to gain what he wants. In this case, it is clear he feels no remorse. If he did, he wouldn't have fucked his friends girl in the first place..

I'm not gonna read much into the crying/apologizing bit. Personally, I think the author is twisting his beta bucks story to make him look bigger than he really is. All I can take away, based on the assumption of his friend fucking the girl, is author = beta, friend = alpha & has psychopathic tendencies.

A real psychopath would have just stared you down with an ice col

This clearly shows you have no idea what a psychopath is or will react to any situation. A psychopath knows when to feign regret when it is advantageous to do so.
