Whatever crime you talk about, whether it's murder, sexual assault, animal abuse, child abuse, elder abuse, stealing, bullying - according to the statistics most of it (65-95%, depending on the offense) is done by men and boys. I think most feminists would agree that while most men are not bad people, most bad people are men.

Are these stats flawed because women are more likely to get away with, or less likely to admit to this kind of behavior? I find it unlikely they're skewed to the point it's actually close to 50-50, considering that victim reports tend to match up to crime reports in reporting predominately male perpetrators, but perhaps crime is not quite as overwhelmingly male-perpetrated as the stats suggest, as people might be more likely to overlook or forget crimes committed by women. For example with domestic violence reporting - a woman probably wouldn't forget about a male partner hitting her, but a man might forget about his girlfriend or wife hitting her, or might remember but not consider it real abuse worth reporting on a survey.

Also, even if women aren't committing these crimes, they might be complicit in them in an indirect sense in some cases - like mothers looking the other way when fathers abuse their kids, or encouraging their boyfriend to murder somebody.

And of course a lot of "bad people" never break the law - they destroy others through slander, emotional abuse and manipulation. I'd imagine most women who are shitty people use these tactics instead of criminal tactics.
