Here's a subtle hint.

If your critique of TRP involves shaming men for being unmanly (i.e. calling them 'insecure nerds' and mocking them for being scared of women), you will end up further encouraging TRPers to be TRPers.

TRP is a gender-traditionalist movement and argues that non-traditionally-masculine men are reviled due to evolutionary psychology. Not just by women, but by other men too. Every time you nerd-shame (which is a form of gender-policing) you only further entrench TRP ideology in the TRPers minds.

If you want to be persuasive you're quite literally acting in exactly the wrong way.

Its interesting how your very username - "BiggerDthanYou" - is in and of itself an assertion of being more manly than 'you' (whomever that may be). It kind of puts your gender-policing rhetoric in an interesting light. Perhaps you're a man who is white-knighting (or at least trying to be seen as doing so) by attacking TRP and promoting yourself as a "better man" than TRPers.

Because clearly you aren't trying to persuade. Even though we're in a debate sub.

Don't you guys understand how things like "women don't have any genuine interests and don't have any hobbies. If they do it's just what their boyfriend told them to do" and "women are unable to think logically because they can't divorce themselves from their emotions" and other similar generalizations aren't facts, but just bitter guys spreading their hatred against women?

Those two points are certainly, in my judgment, misogynistic. I also happen to disagree with both. But are they essential to TRP (i.e. could TRP's basic argument survive without them)? I don't think they are.... certainly the hobby one isn't necessary.

Look, both sexes have intrinsically negative traits. When a woman says "all guys want is sex" nobody makes a post saying "don't you realize this is misandry", no, they just tacitly agree. In fact, most people are SO COMFORTABLE shitting on men at every turn, they've never even heard the word misandry.

But to really answer your question: we've been called so many "ists" that we don't really care anymore. Because unless we're kissing female ass and prostrating ourselves to them...we're going to get called "ists." So we just run with it.

It's one of those just world vs pragmatism arguments. You experience enough of the real world and you realize that it is useful to lend credence to some stereotypes, and doing so does not make you whatever -ist word du jour the sjw crowd has in store for you.

For example I think the concept of being too emotional/having no unique interests is directed at millennial women. I would agree based on observation. I think it also applies to men as well. How many men do you think have literally no hobbies or interests aside from video games? I would wager it's quite an astonishingly high percentage. An equal if not higher percentage of women have no hobbies outside of looking at their phone. While the problem of being a vapid waste of oxygen is more likely to occur in males that are unattractive, I've found the inverse to be true in females.

But this is the same type of argument that is made by people that call you racist just for pointing out the very real disproportionate nature of black criminality.

Just before I found MRP, my wife sent me this article about a feminist wife that divorced her husband because he just couldn't do the dishes RIGHT. Made that woman so unhappy she broke up the family

The article sent me through the fucking roof when I read it. 8 years of...surgeries, and raising restless children at the ass crack of dawn, moving to Europe...Well 8 years of experience and the equation for being an unattractive husband boiled down like this -

Do chores so well I become a servant. OR Fail at chores completely. OR Fail at the time requirements but get chores done. I did all three and all three had the same response - nobody was happy.

Because it wasn't about the chores. Because it was about me being unattractive. You can be right or you can be happy. Not both.

So if your mindset is going to be right, you will look for observations that support your stance - misogynistic TRP. If your mindset is going to be about being happy, you will look for observations that support your stance - self improvement. TRP will never give you an answer that will make you happy. You find it unattractive and thus no answer will be good enough.

So, I guess I just don't care. And it's worked out pretty well ever since.

You can claim whatever principles you want to be true, but people are always going to believe what they see and experience in their own lives. You can call me a shitlord all you want, but when I've seen almost every woman in my life change herself slightly to align with the interests of the man she is pursuing, I don't care what you call me because I know I'm right. Of course women have their own beliefs and principles, and many women will stick with those principles. I don't believe that a hard core pro-choice woman will change her views because a tall handsome man with abs comes along and happens to be pro-life. I expect that the woman will ignore his beliefs and sleep with him anyway, while claiming that a less attractive man with different beliefs made them "incompatible" together.

Also, sticking with the "hobbies" theme, a lot of hobbies and past times are social engagements. A man who plays co-ed sports, or a man who likes to go out every weekend to different events, or a man who plays music in a local band, or a man who does art and puts it online or sells I at events. All of these activities add social value to the man. The same isn't true for women.

For example, I play music in a band. My gf enjoys coming to shows, watching me play and tagging along with me while I partake in that hobby of mine. She had no interest in musical equipment, venues, ticket prices or any of that shit before she met me. However, she really enjoys that I am in a band. She likes watching me on stage getting watched by all the girls in the crowd. She has changed herself to participate in my hobby because she likes that I like that hobby because it adds social value to my life. Same goes for guys who like sports, cars, or anything else that adds social value. Women like hobbies and activities that add social value to a man's life and will engage him and assist him with those activities. I don't expect my girl, or any girl to enjoy the video games I play because it doesn't add any social value. My gf will wear a shirt from my favorite local venue, but she won't wear a shirt from my favorite video game. I also know that if I ever stopped playing music and didn't take up another, equally high status hobby, she would lose respect and attraction for me. Social activities and social engagements are important for men, and women will very often take up interest in those engagements and activities.

On the other hand, social activities and status mean almost nothing for a girl. Most guys don't care if a girl is popular and is involved in social hobbies or activities. A pretty girl can be a social butterfly, or a shut-in, but all that really matters is that she is pretty. I know it sounds harsh but it's true. A girl who is a 9 on the attractivness scale but who stays home all weekend will still be more desired than a girl who is a 7 but goes out and plays kickball, and listens to music, and paints pottery every weekend.

Also, why does it have to be a negative thing that women are more likely to change themselves to fit in with the man they are with? It really makes no difference in the end either way. It doesn't make her "weaker" or less independent, or some bimbo. Feminism has just decided that it's wrong for women to change themselves in order to please and attract men, and now people like you are backing it up when in the end it really doesn't matter. If a woman who doesn't give a shit about baseball all of a sudden starts watching MLB because the guy she likes also watches it, what does it fucking matter? Why does it have to be a bad thing?

Ehhh. Misogynistic nature is brought on by female nature currently unconstrained while male nature is locked up tighter than nuclear missle codes.

Without the misogyny, It would basically be nothing more then telling dudes to get fitter and make more money to serve whatever woman decided to use him. Guys need that hatred to have value in themselves, since the world is telling them they are worthless unless hot and rich.

It's more like this type of thing is a device for neutralizing women and cutting them down to a size that the weak and broken trps can handle better until they use the trp system to build themselves back up into men.

Especially as any man with sense can tell it's not accurate. Do they move on when they get "fixed?" Maybe. Who stays behind? One of their ECs made a comment about that yesterday that may be one of the truest things I've ever read.

I have a question for you. Do heroin addicts have interesting hobbies and genuine interests? Most likely your answer is "no". Why would this be any different with people who are too preoccupied with the feeling of "love"? Women don't have sex with men easily, unless she's in love with him. RP tells men not to fall in love, so that they don't become uninteresting. Unfortunately for men, women will only have sex with men if the woman is less interesting than the man, due to hypergamy, or when she becomes uninteresting due to her preoccupation with her limerence addiction.

The loudest or outliers do not represent the entire nature of one subject. In fact, the more controversial something is, the more it usually is just getting attention for it's controversy, that's a phenomenon across many subjects, not just TRP.

That was the entire marketing approach for American Apparel, or Tucker Max's book or others. It's a phenomenon to a connected society, and definitely doesn't represent truth or the nature of a subject. More so it's just apparent that we're all idiots for giving it attention. The most read journalists and books are not the best written or most truthful ones, you can't help people who prefer drama over truth.

TRPer might be misogynistic, but TRP is not supposed to be.

You're the one that judges what TRP says about women to be bad. TRP is not supposed to give a judgement on what behaviour is right or wrong.

If women evolved to be a certain way, it is because it is efficient. If women evolved to not reproduce a behaviour men have, it is because it is not required. We don't have to judge that, it's useless, we have to adapt to what we believe is the reality.

And just a reminder, AWALT doesn't mean, all women will be like that, but more that all women are wired to be like that, you can expect the same primal behaviour from all women just like you can expect the same primal behaviour from all men, but people are different and may hide or display those differently.
