Personally, something I don't quite understand is why people are averse to the idea of written contracts for consent. It would solve a lot of the ambiguity around rape, and pretty much prevent false reporting as well.

It would work like this. Two people, would go to some office, or station, where under camera surveillance, or personal observation, would sign a contract, consenting to sexual activity with one another, until that contract is therefore revoked or destroyed. In order to revoke the contract, a single person, but go back to the station, or contact the station in some way. When a contract is revoked, the other person on the contract, is notified immediately.

When this contract is in place, neither person in the contract can report any type of sexual assault or rape from the other person.

Although there might be some holes with this, PPD, what are your thoughts on this idea?
