Are women jealous of men’s commitment power the way men are with women’s sexual power?

I think it’s common knowledge at this point that many (non 20%) men are envious of women’s ability to have sex whenever they feel like it (and a lot of times, not even want it).

Do you think that women are envious of men’s ability to get commitment whenever they feel like it (and a lot of times not even want it?). It’s definitely a “power” that men have since just like men crave sexual release, women crave stability/investment.
