Goddddd. Change the kids name to yours. And take out a life insurance policy on your loser partner and make sure he adds your child as beneficiary on all of his accounts so that your child is taken care of if something happens to his/her father who is just “not ready” for such legalities. I feel so sad for this woman.

I always told my ex that if he wouldn't marry me when I became pregnant, the child would have my name and he would have nothing to do with it.

I knew a woman who did this, except she took his last name after only two months of dating. He wanted her to do that. The most interesting thing is, it isn't even his original last name. He took a last name of his ex, because he liked it. Well, they have three kids together and this year they finally got married after seven years together. He is rich, so another example of rich does not equal HVM. Just a side note, age gap check.
