And just to clarify South korean men are against feminism because

1 Conscription:- Korean men have to serve in army for 2 years. They literally have to take break from their careers for 2 years which give them disadvantage in jobs. And in already failing economy it gets even worse.

2 Feminist organisation:- the Feminist organisation in South Korea would put another Feminist organization to shame. They blame men for everything. Shame them by telling them they have small dicks.

3 Heavy resource allocation to gender equality department. In a failing economy they are focusing only on women.

If you look at that thread. They are also kind of using the same Shaming tactics. Calling South Korean men as incels and saying they have small dick.

As an athlete, as much as I despise feminism I don't think they should take away their medal. The whole concept of sports is that there is no room for politics and those kinda of things, just who is the better athlete. She won the gold medal fair and square, she deserves to keep it.

This is what happens when a society divides itself sharply in a cultural war. Those who are more vocal are unable and/or unwilling to concede anything on either side. So we end up seesawing from one extreme side to the other extreme side.

In order to make the seesaw level out with equal (as much as possible) rights on both sides, each side has to cooperate, and it looks like that's not going to happen.

The US is going to experience the same thing that South Korea is. Men are going to organize, petition, and protest on a large scale in person and in public instead of just on social media and website forums. Men will equalize rights in the culture war through advocacy by legislative and judicial means. If allowed to continue unchecked, it'll go too far though and encroach on women's rights.

Then in a few or several years afterwards, women will likely regain power of the cultural war to re-equalize rights but then take it to an extreme yet again. And the beat goes on.

A cultural balance of power of sorts is needed to avoid either men's rights or women's rights from becoming dominant. And people of other genders may gain enough steam to grow a large enough movement to be able to command a seat at the table of the culture war too. Then two sides will ally against the third side, and so on.

I don't have many practical suggestions on how to accomplish equality of rights, though. I just think it will happen this way if history is any guide in general and not just in a cultural sense.

TL;dr Men and women will continue to fight for equality in a cultural war for societal acceptance through legislative and judicial means. At times, one side will dominate while the other side is suppressed and garners enough strength to recapture dominance.

This is why you must stop attempting to appease a racist - it is as futile as a Jew trying to become acceptable to an antisemite.
