Girl I’m talking to wants to run a background check on me. I have nothing to hide but she kept trying to pry my last name. Which I gave her and had no problem giving but I thought it would have been better if she was genuinely interested in knowing my last name and not just for a background check. And I don’t know her name at all and I was thinking, what about me doing a background check on you? Something about it turned me off. I don’t know why. Is this type of stuff normal? Idk how to go about anything after divorce. It seems hopeless. And she also said something weird about if we get married she’s putting a no cheating and no physical abuse clause in our marriage contract. I thought that was the weirdest thing to say. And she keeps talking about horrible men that she was in the talking stage with are and how she’s been treated bad. And I told her it can go both ways because my ex wife was a serial cheater and manipulator and it caused me trauma. Idk, I thought it was strange for talking about all of this stuff to someone who has never been in a relationship before (very religious person).
