It's not difficult to not cheat. You just have to be an honest person and truly respect your partner. It's not even that much about love. It's about respect and considering the others wellbeing.

If you are unable to stay faithful you can always stay single or go polygamous with a woman who has the same right to sleep around.

Why someone feels they have to coach others when they don't have their shit under control is another question. Often times people become "coaches" in aspects they themselves struggle with the most. Because it occupies their thoughts a lot and they try to rescue themselves.

I think the online onslaught of potential partners is just too much for a lot of men. They’re like a kid in a candy store. I’m not making excuses for them but it used to harder to cheat. I think it's fascinating that now he has been caught he has finally decided to wheel his wife out to cover him and garner public support.

Watching the live they did together you can tell he has manipulated this woman from comments like 'I wont say what you did' to the over referencing of God without taking any accountability. And even with this attempt to save himself he got his dates wrong (he says God saved him in Feb yet we have receipts of him cheating in July).

For me I find the fact he could come on social media and bash prominent men who had been caught cheating so confidently knowing that he had cheated on his wife before and during their marriage deeply concerning. I dont want to say he is a narcissist (the word gets used A LOT) but something isn't right here and for me it's more than just having poor morals.
