I've said this from DAY ONE.

Most of these guys out there want to use the 'equality' argument because they want women to pay for dates and blah blah blah, so they go on and on and on about equality.

Then, when they move in together or get married, that lame ass argument goes RIGHT out the window and suddenly, everything is all 'woman's work.' You know, because of that magical penis they own. Assholes.

Honestly, marriage isn't a 'trap' for men. it's a trap for WOMEN, who end up working their asses off from sun up every morning until10 pm every night while their asshole husband or live-in has done precious little - except whine and moan about how 'neglected' he is.

They're practically useless, ladies. Think twice and three times before deciding if you actually want one.

Get this. The now ex and I argued for 18 months over housework. “I a work! All you do is sit at home all day and do nothing!? Why is it expected of me to do housework. If I had time off I would help you out”

Anyway a few days later he quit his job and was unemployed for 8 weeks, so so you think he helped around the house? Nope. Instead I got “I’ll take care of outside and you do inside” (3 kids in total, 2 bio and one step and I was pregnant, and looking after a man child that did NOTHING)

Not only this. In the 11 months we were living together, Him working full time and me raising children. I still paid half the rent, all of my car loan, half the groceries, 3x regos for the cars INCLUDING his EX WIFEs rego AND I paid for his Bali trip for a friends wedding that I couldn’t attend because I was heavily pregnant.

3 weeks since I left. Feel soooo good. And that’s not even scratching the surface.

Never again.

This is why I never understood it when men would get pissed at us for wanting to be with someone that can financially support us????? Like we do all this, on top of that, y’all wanting us to cook for you, do ya laundry, give you bomb pussy and basically be like a pornstar in bed, etc. AND pay for half of the bills and rent/mortgage??

You must be out your got damn mind if you think I’m gonna subject myself to doing EVERYTHING YOU WON’T and ALSO pay for living expenses.

Ever since becoming a mom, I realize how much stay at home moms have to deal with. My mom gives me shit because my SO gets up in the middle of the night to take care of the child WE created and go to his job the next day.

Apparently women are supposed to have the 24 hour 7 days a week job and men get to have their cute little 8 hour shift and get rewarded with dinner and rest. Uhh no.

MY GOSH! I have been wracking my brain and body with this issue and finally I don't feel alone or like I have unfair thoughts. I get constantly threatened with eviction from my fathers daughter because I pay $600 for the rent instead of $800, for a home, that he purchased, with a mortgage that belongs to him, from before we met! I pay for half of childcare, and everything else. I am the only one who cleans. On top of that he has to pay nothing for health insurance because my income qualifies her for medicaid. Every month I get hounded for owing him $200, and constantly run out of fuel to argue. I feel like a tool reading through this sub and it is giving me courage to leave.

Had a partner ask me to pay for his gas and car insurance because he drove me once a week. His mother raised him to be totally useless by slaving after him so I was now forced to pick up dirty clothes, dishes, garbage, jizz rags etc or, as he put it, "live around it". I also paid for my half of expenses.

Told him to go fuck himself on his insurance. It was one or the other and only to quell the situation since I already earned several hundred rides in being a full time maid.

Every fucking time one of my friends has a kid and works full time along with the husband/partner they’re always telling me how the men get home from work, kick their feet up on the coffee table and turn on the TV. So of course the women get home after probably picking the kid up from childcare herself and then has to take care of them, cook dinner and clean up after everyone. If she says anything he’ll be like “I need to decompress” or some whiny bullshit like that like it’s expected that they need their “man time”

Honestly in that situation it would just be better to kick their ass out and they can have partial custody and pay child support. They’ll quickly figure out that they can’t come home and play video games for 5 hours if no one else is around to pick up their slack...
