For a second I was shocked thinking OP didn‘t see through his false humility. Such a relief when I saw the tag.

He is using so many false dichotomies (you can be fit and still drink alcohol sometimes), and so many unnecessary comparisons (when you say friendship, no one thinks of social media contacts, so lame to point that out)
