Genuinely, the RAGE in the essay he sent me after just one date to see if I even fancied him, where I still played fairly nice by medusa standards anyway... was insane and scary. I think he was definitely capable of worse. I swerved a bullet there- which is why I didn't get mouthy in person. He did not take kindly to me refusing his advances. You could tell his depravity was verging on the edge of rapist/lashing out. He just had anger bubbling underneath him- probably because his one diet coke tactic wasn't getting him any 2nd quality dates to pump& dump. But he was coming at me with nefarious intentions and a rude entitled cheap attitude, when I was out of his league...so Idgaf how he feels about it. Touche!
I prefer to go off real life chemistry- because I may not of even swiped right on some of my ex's. The problem with OLD is its a cesspool of men who would normally get rejected in real life off the bat with a high value woman. The majority of dates I went on there, which wasn't many- I thought...yeah I would of knocked you back if I met you IRL. So many insecure raging misogynists on there spitting their dummy out. And they just expect sex on the first date, because they pulled a few pickmeishas off there. I never ended up even physically attracted to most of them...and chemistry wise...was pretty null. I just can't be assed to waste my time with various awkward dates with men I would of rejected IRL. They think cos you have matched that they're on your level...when really its just a chance to see if they are. When you get to meet them, they're all insecure, negging you out of intimidation that you're not a catfish and usually 5inches shorter than they stated. I just cba.
But with OLD it creates this illusion of choice for them...they tweak their profiles...pretend they're 'Christians' or 7inches taller or whatever they need to morph into to get more matches, they take pictures at funny angles to hide their beer gut. They lie about their careers and hobbies and fitness and intentions etc. They can get away with more than they could IRL. And naturally they haven't had to pluck up the balls to approach any of these women IRL, so they get lethargic, arrogant and lazy....just fling them whatever lines. So many can't even be bothered to put minimum effort in to conversations...but IRL they wouldn't be getting away with that and would be all nervous on their tippy toes trying to take you somewhere nice.
I do think men seem to see you as 'lower value' even if you're on there occasionally just browsing...which is laughable really because women always have more options than men and they have more of a need to be there. Plus not every woman is out clubbing constantly. I only think they're worth it in big cities, where there are better industries and so there is more competition between HVM to impress...but you still have to vet hard and its often lucky dip with who turns up.
I agree that HVM aren't on there long, and that's the problem...its mostly rejected awkward men, cheaters and men looking for ONS. You can't always make out their conversation skills IRL over text, or their awkward traits in person etc.
However, in the big cities, I think women could benefit from exclusive dating apps more like The Inner Circle. It weeds a lot of the crap out- they only want men with decent jobs etc on there. So there's more HVM who know the score on courting women properly.
Can deffo be rich and still be an LVM- rejected a good number of them. I refuse to be bought like some slave. Like some arrogant short man with millions is just not doing it for me. I've met HVM with money and manners.
