Sounds like an immediate court case as soon as a defendant is officially notified that he can't see the evidence. Would there be justification for criminal charges in this? I assume the constitution has something to say about star chamber trials..

You can accuse him of sexual assault if:

He refuses to have sex with you.
He doesn't commit relationship to you.
He rejects your proposal.
He stops giving his attention to you after you reject his proposal.

If you rape him when he's drunk and he files Title IX complaint, you can make a reverse accusation of rape by adding to your accusation that whatever he said, the inverse happened of what he said. This will not only dismiss his complaint but he will be also expelled for silencing you.
