I would understand if they were talking about domestic violence victims (even this is a stretch because men are also victims too), I would understand if they were talking about access to feminine products, but in not many other situations. the reason why people are discussing this with a gender lens is because while the immediate effects impact more on men (ie. more men dying) the systemic effects impact more on women. Women are disproportionately represented in caring roles such as healthcare, teaching, and aged care and are therefore, more at risk during this time. This whole Subreddit is about how Mens Rights Issues should also be taken more seriously, but it has decended into just blaming Womens Rights Organisations for being such. Why Tag it discrimination, there was absolutly nothing discriminatory. This Subreddit is constantly bashing feminists for dismissing Mens Rights yet you are doing exactly the same thing here.
