Although this is a good post, the title does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable. Moreover, it means that your post will fail to reach some readers because they won't know what it's about.

So please don't do it in future. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.

A key reason is dating inequity. We need to unrig the dating game. Women need to learn that equality goes both ways. They need to start making the first move. Men need to be taught to not be swayed easily by flirtatious nonsense and that they shouldn't just give their love to anyone

There's no break for men anywhere. Not in the judicial system, not in family court, and not in the labor market, not in the armed forces.

Disproportionately sentenced by the law. Shafted in family court. Stuck with all the hardest and most dangerous labor. More likely to die and suffer the effects of war. Less likely to be treated for it.

When I had some shit to deal with all my male friends basically made themselves distant from me. No emotional support from bros I spent time with and did things for because it is scary and possibly gay to be emotionally sensitive between men.

The legal system can have a book written about why it's broken in the western world in almost every country (and still better than some authoritarian countries approaches).

When and if you approach a doctor with issues about it they might throw some pills at you but friends and family that see a male with depression will assume lazy. Friends and family that see a male grieving a loss will assume weak. Nothing and no one is there to support men in trouble and for every example you can think of where a single woman with no friends has no support you will find 100 so many examples for men.

There is no media campaign to fight for mens rights, only individuals getting together sick of the injustice where we are all treated like peasants by governments and corporations but somebody out there decided it is only a problem for women.

Society has never really cared for the well-being of men. They would be content in just letting men kill themselves or sending them all to jail. And, with feminism solidifying this idea that heterosexual men are just vile evil oppressors, this is truer now than it has ever been. But, hey, props to that one woman for noticing and caring. It won't really matter to anyone outside of this movement though.

Don't get me wrong, the fact children as young as 10 are committing suicide is awful -

Wtf why are 10 year old committing suicide. When I was in elementry school none talked about suicide to us, none talked about killing themselves. My dad beat me and my mother everytime he was home and screamed at everyone and I never even thought of suicide when I was a child.

“Men” is a very broad type of category. What are the commonalities between men that commit suicide? What are their reasons? What systems exist that create such despair for men that they see death as their only outlet?

The patriarchy, and a society that teaches men that we are MEANT to be strong, be leaders, be providers, and be survivors often puts men who are not some or all of these things in an awful position.

Sexism hurts men and women. It’s perpetuated by both men and women. Just as women are capable and deserving of the opportunity to be CEO, men are equally entitled to be stay at home dads.

When the question of “why isn’t anyone doing anything about this!” Is asked, I would argue that people are trying but are met with resistance by those who have much to gain from NOT addressing these issues.

Feminism has been working against the patriarchy for a couple hundred years but is still often misunderstood, misrepresented, and even at times blamed for these issues that men face. True equality and the end of sexism go hand in hand with tearing down the patriarchy.

and it is a good look into why these things are self evident.

"Using data from the World Health Organization, the researchers found that men in the most patriarchal societies were 20 percent more likely to die of internal causes, including disease, than those in the least patriarchal societies and more than twice as likely to die from behavioral causes, such as accidents and homicides."

Feminism is not the opposite of Mens rights, they're the same thing.
