Im so bored of saying this but imagine it the other way around. Couple of clarifications:

The guy was from the opponent team. He came to her and said "See Ana, is hard at Survivors", he was not malicious or trying to mock her.
The girl has deep issues, and she was pissed. She reacted like that and the guy initially was not that impressed because the hit did not appear to be to hard, couple seconds later, the pain and blood rushed in and the guy got to the floor.
Some jumped to help the guy, some started to belittle the girl.
The show's owners and producers sent a message condemning her and excluding her from the show.
Another girl MMA fighter (Diana Belbita, quite a hottie) twitted to Ana (the head to the face girl) and said "This is abject, you do not hit someone like that! The entire country saw you and everyone is shocked!"
The interesting part is that the MMA fighter girl that defended the guy (Diana Belbita) is good looking and she beat (KO) Ana some years ago in a MMA match. So, better looks, better skills and better attitude towards men! Yeah, many people here like her.

Now, couple of things about Ana, the head-to-face girl. She is a mother, at 19 she got pregnant but she does not know who's the father. After she got pregnant a lot of people offered her support, including many MMA fighters and that is how she got drafted for the TV show.

The guy hit forgave the girl because he comes from a religious family. His uncle is a priest, and his entire family including his dead mother used to attend the Church each Sunday.

He recovered fast and he is back on the set.
