Equal access to opportunities is pretty much the answer to everything. A boss can decide what someone is worth. The voters can decide who’s worth voting for. Sexual violence and domestic violence are crime regardless of the sex of the perpetrator or the victim.

It’s reasonable to say that men are better suited for positions that require greater physical size and strength (law enforcement, military, etc.) but that doesn’t mean you restrict those positions to men, it means you create a standard of physical performance that everyone must follow, so the average woman probably won’t make the cut but neither will an out of shape man.

It would be ideal if we had equal opportunities and responsibilities independent from our gender. It isn’t reality though, and gender stereotypes do affect one’s judgement. Assuming that we didn’t have this negative influence…I’d prefer all laws, opportunities, treatment etc. be equal unless they concern some physiological differences, i.e. ability to give birth etc.

political representation: around 50/50, same opportunity to get into politics

duties in society and relationships: same expectations for men and women

These are equal treatments. Examples of prefential treatment (theoretical): we enforce that at least 70% of parliament seats have to be taken by women, women are more likely to get accepted to job position with same qualifications as a man. men get payed less for the same work.

I don't know the state of those issues in many places so i just answer ideally or close to it.

salary is easy. Men and women should earn the same for same work. Also the stereotypical "women's" jobs shouldn't be seen less and "men's" seen as more prestige. Then there is also issue of childcare. I do understand employers here who view women as liability because she will go in maternal leave and then there will be sick days etc, but that's an issue needs solving because 1. it hurts society with women need to sacrifice careers for baby and unwillingness to do so 2. that creates inequality because that creates imbalance of power and prioritizing men. How to solve that i don't know, tho solution in some scandinavian country with mandatory paternal leave sounds not bad.
political representation. I think in more fair world there naturally will be more women in politics, and when there will be no prejudice it wouldn't matter will there be women or men representing someone, only values. I personally wouldn't vote for someone only because of gender, i need values and solutions. Right now it depends on situation, there maybe a time to push for more women in politics somewhere just to break the stigma. But after than i want to judge on merit.
Have no idea what you wanted to ask about vulnerability, so i'll jump to next one. Violence. I think ideally there will be minimal violence in general, towards anyone. It shouldn't be gendered at all. I think people should be educated against violence, because right now it happens because somehow it's allowed. So whatever makes it "allowed" should be broken down. Right now i see that women are suffering more from domestic violence, sexual one etc, but violence is an issue regardless of gender.

Have no idea what your point about after that.

4) medicine, i want equal treatment here too. I want women to be taken seriously and i want same amount of research to be done about women's issues. Right now it's in critical condition everywhere. Ask women everywhere.

5) In general i want society to be build for women too. Did you know that women's sports shoes based on male foot, just smaller one? That seat belt in the car is made for men and it creates issues for women? There are tens of examples like that, where everything made for men, with their strength in mind and women trying to fit in there somehow. Even "improvements" are not ideal because they are still created to make male system a little bit more inclusive instead of building new one (maybe alongside a male one, i'm not saying that they should suffer too).

6) There is a pregnancy and birth issue, and i feel like previously women had no choice so they had to go through it, but now they do and they don't want to, and instead of changing conditions the first reaction is to try to take away choice and shame etc. It doesn't work. I think it's an issue that has to be solved. Women's labor here has to be recognized. And well. there is lots of issues about it, and they have to be solved too.

7) i know that there is an issue about conscription. It's always brought up. I think it shouldn't be mandatory, after all we live in a time of caring for human rights, and i think women should be allowed and encouraged to join army too. Especially since it's not only heavy physical combat anymore where obviously men have advantage. But it's complicated issue, because there will be countries with mandatory conscription, there will be aggressive countries, and i honestly have no idea what to do. It's easy to say "there shouldn't be wars" but there are wars, and history of humans is about wars, all of it, and i have no idea how to sit on two chairs here with desire to save a place to live and lifestyle etc, and human rights. Maybe it should be decided by people and not government in time of crisis. And people should put their money where their mouth is so to speak and if they are voting for not giving up - fight. And if you don't fight - your vote doesn't count. Or course army is more complicated than that, but well it's general idea. I didn't think it through, i just think there is a complication that needs solving.

8) marriages. Honestly i think marriage is outdated. And by that i mean it's not that religious ceremony that takes place once, maybe twice if your spouse is dead. It's modern, with divorces etc. And resources now also more complicated than "it's all my husbands including me". And i think it should adapt to it. I think prenup should be normalized. I think maybe there should be more agreements along the road. It should be more fluid.

Preferential treatment can be equal treatment if the end goal is equal opportunity.

Women are decades behind in nepotistic connections and are still unfairly punished for the biological reality that they need time to recover from pregnancy and the social expectation they'll do the majority of the child and elder care, off setting those things by giving them more support in areas men don't need is both preferred treatment and equally because it creates a leveled playing field in the same way a track race has the outside lane start further up.

I guess I dont see how women get preferential treatment at all in our society. 🤷 I think men do across the board, but it's changing slowly. As time goes on, I hope to see equality. I dont blame men in general for it, though, because it is just society, and it takes decades for society to change. Women make 80 cents to a man's dollar, but it used to be 30 cents. Every year, more and more money is being spent for women's healthcare, and now men will even have their own birth control so women won't be forced to deal with painful ovarian cysts. I think all of this really changed when women started working and have our own money, though.

Considering men can't control themselves around women, and are so biologically wired, and also are less agreeable, less cooperative, more aggressive, maybe in a perfect world majority of political representation and leadership positions should be 80% women since men are just not biologically fit.

Same with CEOs, since women are shown to be better at it.
