Whether it's male loneliness, mental health, a lack of self worth, or struggles with their appearances, there are plenty of challenges that men today face. These are unique issues rooted in the male experience. These need to be addressed.

The barrier to this is not women. It's men themselves. Specifically, the massive community of grifters who prey on other men with real problems to extract money out of them.

Men need to get better at recognising and calling out these grifters. Beyond that, we need more men with a genuine interest (that is not financial) in helping others to organise and lead groups that focus on solving those challenges.

If hating women is offered as part of that package, that is a grift. If hating anyone is proposed as a solution, that is a grift. If you're being given an enemy to rail against, you are being played. Because hatred and anger are not an answer to your problems: they're a way to isolate you and motivate you to buy into the grift.

The solution to men's problems lies within men themselves. It's about making peace with yourself, being the best version of yourself, and finding validation within yourself, not from others. And yes, it's about therapy.

We need to move away from this era of hate-fuelled grifting to one where men can be happy in themselves and, if necessary, by themselves. We need to move from anger to equanimity. From looking for an enemy to making peace with who we are. Because here's the truth:

Loneliness, depression, struggles with self image. Hatred and anger make all of these things worse.

We need men who are focussed on making peace not war. Because hatred is the antithesis of happiness. And the only way out for men who are struggling is to find peace within themselves.
