I like the idea of defining "average" as the distibution of men under the threshold where most women will say "oh, he's cute/hot" - as the common retort is "Well the average man is overweight, doesnt take care of his appaerance" - in reality there is a large proportion of men who do take care of themselves that are still invisible since the threshold for cute/hot is so high.

I think it's easy to define, it's any man who does not elicit visceral attraction from women. I Also think it's obvious at first glance from both men and women if a guy qualifies.

Example - I can instantanously tell if a certain man will be attractive to women - it's automatic. and I'm right 95% of the time.

This is why if you look at yourself in the mirror/photo and are not sure if you are attractive enough to hit this threshold, you definetely AREN'T, as it would be immediately obvious.

Success on dating apps is your career a high paying one and how well you’ve crafted your pictures. I know guys that can pick up women anywhere, but can’t get much off apps. Guys have to stop determining their self worth by women on dating apps, it’s largely an online hookup nightclub, it’s not reflective of real life.

The problem with average guys is they don’t have boobs and hips like women, so average guys possess no sexual allure. They are a plain box with a face that isn’t cute or noticeably attractive masculine. He’s also not tall or big physically. Women feel nothing when they look at him, he has no natural physical gifts that turn women on. So casual romantic affection takes luck and charm. Average guy doesn’t get women by default like obviously handsome guys that make women nervous and excited with his physical presence.

Just look at the people you see in daily life. Every second guy is average. So the attractiveness level you see the most is average.

The average guy is kind of a loser. He’s overweight, not particularly smart, and not particularly good looking. Sure, he’s not the worst option in any of these categories, but definitively he’s not the best in any of them either.

I define average as what's most common. So, when you go to Target, the grocery store, etc. what do most guys look like? Most don't have a bunch of standout traits, so that would be average. If multiple women think to themselves, "this guys cute," then he's probably not average.

Listen, we're not blackpillers, our perception of visual appealing more or less matches standard distribution.

Average height, if in USA overweight (but not turbo fat), getting "fine, but nothing more" salary for his region and so on.

Literally, go outside and start looking around.

You do realize that most people you have seen over the course of your life are average or near average, right? Average means someone who is not notably attractive or unattractive. I really don't understand how some people can struggle to comprehend the idea of an average man.

He looks Ok. Maybe not handsome, but ok. And the problem is that ok-looking women will ignore ok-looking men with ok jobs. But these are things we have already told one million times...
