I'm not all-knowing by any means, I wouldn't even consider myself more experienced than most people here but what I see in this subreddit is a lot of people lacking knowledge, or even worse, having wrong impressions on how the other sex works.

While I think the blame partly lies in the posters/commenters themselves, I think the root for especially wrong assumptions comes from the red/blue-pill ideology that somehow manages to ignore the simplest dynamics in relationships, sexuality and dating.

Among the top 3 being: 1. Women/men are not all the same, there are individual differences psychologically ("Every woman is..." "All men want is..." =Wrong). 2. Men and women are very different from one another. Despite what modern philosophy wants you to believe, your sex makes a huge impact on your desires, interests and how your body works. 3. The exception doesn't make the rule (eg. You had an abusive partner doesn't mean every other man/woman is bad).

That being said, people would have significantly fewer problems if they'd at least try to understand how things really are instead of just assuming and most importantly, there'd be a lot less bullshit on this subreddit.
