It's not about "being equal", ningnong, we live in a capitalist society and both men and women have to work to survive. It's wise for both men and women to "equally" find the best work that pays the best wages so that they can survive as best they can.

I'd ask the question: What incentive is there for a woman to not want to have as good of a job as possible? What would a man's motivation be for not wanting a woman competing with men?

Because it allows women to leave abusive men and allows women to be single rather than settle for men who would mistreat her. It's far safer. It also allows more autonomy. The government shouldn't make laws saying women can't drive or women can't work.

Gender equality is necessary because women are humans and they get to have equality if they want it. That's the truth. Your "but complimentary parts of a whole" is not only a straight notion, as not all men or women want the opposite sex, but it's a really arrogant notion. Why do so many of my fellow men think they can figure out "what women are really for in this world" better than the women themselves. How long are you going to do mental gymnastics to justify saying no to women who are asking to be treated with the respect due equal humans.

When people are talking about equality, in the actual sense of it, they are not talking about making everyone have the same characteristics or qualities. Gender equality is a moral thing and what the general strive for. Equality properly understood means there is no difference in treatment based on irrelevant judgments, which brings up another question, which judgments are irrelevant?

A woman who can compete can also aim for the top quality man. A woman who can compete and doesn't get him has resources enough she doesn't need to waste time with bottom quality ones. Being a woman on basically any rung on the latter gives you more options than a man on that same rung unless maybe you're a single woman on the very bottom. But you don't get to the very bottom very easily.

You aren't gonna reason women into giving that shit up. It's a fuckin great deal and being able to throw it all away if you care to and play housewife is gavy. It's like convincing Bill Gates that him having all that money isn't fair. It ain't, but he doesn't care.

So their interest is to destroy men to eliminate competition, create acceptance for homosexuality, encourage maleness in women, and shame feminine traits and desires.

Agree in this regard. I believe in equal rights and all that shit, but I don't compete with men. I have nothing to prove by "competing" with men in any way, men annoy the hell out of me sometimes but I wouldn't say they're an enemy. Also I believe pitting women against men just reinforces old concepts of gender, that women must either be inferior to men or jump through hoops to prove they're not.

Women are prolific consumers, with their own incomes they can spend even more.
Double the workforce, drive down wages, make the corporations more profitable.

Women by and large did not ask for "liberation," didn't seek it, even most of them today want to be a SAHM.

The govt and the men at the top forced them, along with a small cadre of people who support these changes for social reasons ie "it's the right thing to do." etc.
