From what I understand, city municipality services typically get paid pretty decent. Easy work, just a shitty job. Stick it with it and you'll be making bank, from what I've heard. What the average payrate is, I'm not sure in the slightest, but with a couple friends on the inside, they say its a good paying job if you manage to get into it.
