What are some less common red flags an individual could display, in order to identify it as someone who clearly is not well suited to be treated as a plate or a LTR?

How do I ghost an ex girlfriend that clings onto my life? She dumped me to fuck the resident alpha at our school with 15-20 notches by 11th grade and came back to me when she couldn't get commitment from him. LTR of over a year has been giving me shit on messenger while I'm at work that she thinks im messaging other girls. I ignore it as at work and she messages "so I take it as a yes then". After work I tell her I've been busy and will see her later if she has something to say to me.

I get back to our place (live together) and check her Facebook messenger. Low and behold she has been messaging some Chad today after she sent that last message to me. He's asking if she's single and she's saying she's with me but bored.. Rather than confront her I pack my stuff, block her on all apps/social media and phone lines and go to the gym for a work out.

Would everyone agree that this was the correct course of action on these circumstances? Or should I have confronted her with evidence first then hard nexted? I feel this only would have resulted in her turning it on me for snooping.

I'm 22 going into my last semester of college. Pursuing a Marketing and Entrepreneurship degree, working as an intern at a small local web development and marketing company. I'm starting to realize I don't want to work in an office for my whole life and would rather do my own thing or start my own company where I can make my own hours. I was reading heartiste blog, Where he talked about being alpha. Alpha or Chad is a guy, who is silent and embrace his masculinity. I started being calm and talk less and speak when needed. There is beta guy, who is in love with GF talk about her almost every fucking time . He speaks a lot, all my co-workers talk to him. Sometimes it makes me cringe. This might seem like a general question, but what's a decent degree to pursue for a career? I understand STEM is praised as the way to go, along with trade schools.

I'm looking for a career that'll allow me to earn a high salary that doesn't have an absolutely terrible work life balance. I know it seems like a broad question, just trying to get some advice from more mature guys.

I'm currently 20, work 40 hours a week making 10 an hr. Paying off debt from past marriage, starting college this fall.

Lately, I've started to become a pretty bitter person towards women, more specifically: girls my age (23)

For the past few months, I've been on several dates and hookups with girls (mostly white girls), and it's always been the same: The girls have no jobs, aspiring models/instagram stars, either don't go to school or just picked some easy major just for the sake of going to college, have their apartments and luxury cars paid for by daddy, etc. These girls are completely vapid, constantly on their phones instagramming or snapchatting.

I come from a lower class family, and I worked two jobs all throughout college to avoid debt, and I make a decent living now, working 45ish hours a week. I've been getting really bitter how these girls have been handed everything to them, and expect a guy to just pick up where daddy left off in terms of taking care of her and her finances, offering nothing in return. Well almost nothing.

Am I dating the wrong kind of girls? Should I date older girls? Is my generation fucked? Should I nut up and quit being a bitch about it?

I'm still absorbing side-bar material. I've come a long way, but in social settings and group settings a lot of times I don't demand the respect I want. I keep going back and forth between being cold and distant (which makes people keep their distance) and wanting to have fun and joke around. When arguing, there are some rules I don't want to break for myself. ie I don't want to be vulgar, unnecessaily rude etc.

The thing is, I've been raised mostly by mother who indoctrined me with self-doubt, and no matter how much I strive, it really feels like I'm being haunted by that, and it brings me down in a way nothing else does.

Does this lonely/scary feeling ever go away? Have I reached a plateau?

I've received comments over the years, from women especially, that for a good while (say, the first five encounters) they find it hard to establish a connection with me. That I'm too 'difficult'.

Since stumbling upon TRP five months ago I've started lifting, eating and slowly but surely trying to cut out my most toxic habits like smoking cigarettes, drugs (bi-monthly cocaine, usually..) and video game binges. Though I have relapses, there are incremental increases to my progress and for the first time in my life, a semblance of structure and a man in the mirror I can be proud of is starting to form.

This aforementioned unapproachability, however, is something that bothers me. I'm a 25 year old bald guy with tattoos, 1 m 97, so maybe I give off a scary vibe to women unintentionally. I'm not anti-social by any means, given how I have no issue whatsoever in bonding with men or being cocky-funny in bursts.

My TRP journey has only just begun, relatively speaking, so perhaps I'm pulling the trigger on my first post/guidance seeking a tad prematurely, but here goes:

2 questions about shit-tests:

1: in the face to face interaction (not through text/tinder etc.) what do you do when you are not sure how to pass a shit test? Hesitation usually means failure so I was wondering if you blank/dont have an immediate good response, what the go-to option is if there is one? I've read the side bar and an article on the rational male about it and it seems that just ignoring it is the course of action, but that feels weak to me.

2: Best course of action after passing a shit-test? Is just continuing the conversation like nothing happened, or reversing the pressure and "shit-testing"/teasing her back? I often get sort of stalled out in the conversation right after, especially through text.

Not a typical question, I just need help bad with oneitis pain right now.
