You will see a huge difference in how people relate to you.

When you walk down a hallway at work and someone is in your way, why are you saying sorry? When your coworker wants to pile their work on you and you say 'no', why are you adding on an apology? Missed a call from a plate, so what? It's not the end of the world. Saying you're sorry implies that you were wrong.

The only time you should apologize is if you hurt someone, or really fuck up. Don't think ownership isn't necessary.

However, when you take your vocabulary and communication skills for granted, you lose your foundation and frame.

Try it for a week, you'll start to love it.

Sorry not sorry,
